The musician, aged 27 and recently honored with six awards at the Brit Awards, has been busy crafting the sequel to her first album titled “My 21st Century Blues.
On Thursday evening, I took to my Instagram account to share snaps from my birthday festivities, but also to disclose some heartbreaking news.

Over the years, a musician who graduated from The Brit School and is famous for tunes such as “Prada” with Casso and D-Block Europe, has been steadily moving up in the industry. She even managed to secure a record deal with Polydor Records when she was still a teenager.
Later on, she contributed her voice to five chart-topping songs by David Guetta and Jax Jones, and penned lyrics for Beyoncé and Rihanna.
Although she possesses great skill, her solo efforts didn’t quite achieve the same level of success. In 2021, she voiced her discontent over her record label’s refusal to let her publish her first album.
By December 2022, she embarked on a solo journey, and her dance tune “Escapism” (collaboration with 070 Shake) gained immense popularity on TikTok, skyrocketing its way to the top of music charts.
