Vanessa Feltz reveals she had her first ever kiss with a celebrity when she was on holiday in Mallorca – and it’s rather a surprising choice!
As a seasoned broadcaster with years of experience under my belt, I must admit that I was thoroughly amused by Vanessa Feltz’s recent confession about her first kiss being with none other than Pete Tong! It seems that our dear Vanessa has led quite an adventurous life, and it is always a pleasure to see her share these little gems with us.
Vanessa Feltz shared that her very first kiss was given to her by the well-known DJ, Pete Tong, when she was only ten years old.
62-year-old broadcaster made an appearance on friend Kate Thornton’s White Wine Question Time podcast following the release of her candid memoir titled “Vanessa Bares All: Unveiled, Amusing, and Audacious.
51-year-old ex-host of X Factor, Kate (formerly known as Kate), expressed surprise upon discovering that her old friend, Pete, 64, had shared a kiss with him during their encounter in Mallorca back in the 1970s when they were both on holiday with their respective families.
Vanessa reminisced: My very first kiss with him, and truth be told, he can’t dispute it. Regardless of his desire to do so, he cannot, for it holds truth.
As a devoted fan who closely follows her journey, I can share that this renowned Celebrity Big Brother alumna disclosed an interesting tidbit: she and the acclaimed songwriter maintained contact upon our return to the UK, keeping their bond alive beyond the reality TV show.
I recall visiting his home only once, but his mother struck me as incredibly attractive and exceptionally kind and amiable. Moreover, she seemed genuinely delighted to take him for a long drive to Totteridge.
Even though I can’t specifically recall their location, it was certainly distant…perhaps in another place entirely. However, whatever it was, it seems to have come to an end. Yet, he was a truly remarkable individual and leaves behind a cherished memory.
Offering more details about the kiss, she humorously described it as having ‘Many lips involved, yet minimal tongue involvement.’
‘At the time, I was merely too young for it. Yet, he was an exceptionally kind lad, incredibly good-looking, and I truly believe his eyes were a captivating shade of violet.’
She added: “I’m not sure if they actually are, but to me, they appear purple under the stunning lighting of the Four Star Toucan Hotel in Cala d’Or, Mallorca. To be honest, I found him simply heavenly.
Even though Vanessa mentioned that, even after constantly listening to the world-renowned DJs’ music and both being prominent figures, they haven’t crossed paths since growing up.

She interacted with locals on the town’s bustling promenade to gather insights about their romantic lives and had casual conversations with less boisterous travelers enjoying a quieter holiday experience.
She was accompanied by her former fiance, Ben Ofoedu (age 52), who she separated from last year following a 16-year relationship. The breakup occurred when she found out about his infidelity.
In the video, they savored a meal bathed in sunlight while sharing tales of their personal experiences on this idyllic island.
Ben told Vanessa: “One of my first performances overseas happened right here, and surprisingly, this was also where you had your first kiss.

At the age of ten, I didn’t realize it at the time, but many years later I came to understand that the person I was kissing, and who was kissing me, was none other than PETE TONG himself!
Instead of leaving her partner, Ben, astonished with her confession, she inquired if he had encountered any affection during his stay on the island while reminiscing about their past together.
Yet, the Turn Around hitmaker confessed that his time on the Island never matched hers.

Vanessa visited Magaluf for a funny travel piece, where she shared that her initial kiss was from Pete Tong.
