As a seasoned observer of the ever-evolving entertainment landscape, I find Kerry Katona’s journey both intriguing and inspiring. The former Atomic Kitten star has navigated her career with a tenacity that is commendable, from her days as a Page 3 model to her current role in an upcoming panto production of Cinderella.

Kerry Katona’s fashion brand is at risk of being closed down in just a matter of weeks.

The business, called Kerry’s Boutique, launched in 2020 and quickly became a big success.

Consequently, it appears that the tax authorities might take possession of Kerry’s brand’s assets, given that the company’s most recent financial statements have not been submitted on time, as per recently disclosed documents to Companies House.

The brand received a First Gazette notification, informing Kerry (age 44), that necessary measures had been established to possibly remove the company from the registration list.

On October 8th, the filing stated: ‘If no reasons are presented to contradict it, the Companies Registrar plans to remove the company from the register and dissolve it at least two months after the date indicated above.’

When the Company is disbanded, any assets and rights it owns or holds in trust will be considered as ‘ownerless,’ and they will become the property of the Monarch.

In the past few months, there haven’t been any new posts on the company’s Instagram account for approximately 15 weeks.

TopMob has contacted Kerry’s representatives for comment.

After Kerry pledged to persist with her posts on OnlyFans, even though her kids had been subjected to bullying at school.

The mother-of-five turned to the X-rated subscription site in 2020 to boost her dwindling finances.

However, it appears that her children have experienced difficulties because Kerry disclosed that her five children have faced hardships due to her exclusive adult subscription.

Kerry has two children, Molly (age 23) and Lilly-Sue (age 21), with her former husband, Brian McFadden of Westlife fame. Additionally, she also has Heidi, age 17, and Max, age 16, from her union with Mark Croft.

She has a 10-year-old daughter named Dylan-Jorge with her former spouse, George Kay, who passed away at the age of 39 in 2019 due to an overdose.

Specifically, Kerry mentioned that her son Max has faced more difficulties at school due to unkind individuals, as she has been working on her OnlyFans account.

In conversation with New magazine, Kerry shared that all of her children have faced challenges, but Max may have experienced a slightly harder time due to my unique circumstances.

Although I do feel a pang of guilt when my children face criticism due to my work on OnlyFans, I am not prepared to abandon it. You see, I had already achieved some level of fame before taking up this role, and OnlyFans is merely one of the various jobs I engage in. I undertake these jobs, including OnlyFans, primarily for the sake of supporting my children.

‘They have everything they could ever want and it pays for this lifestyle. All I can do is make sure my kids know how much I love them – and they do.’

Kerry has previously revealed she has earned more than a million on OnlyFans.

Previously, the former member of Atomic Kitten defended her career on OnlyFans by comparing it to Hollywood actors who perform in explicit movie scenes.

She shared that people in the general public have suggested her children should be placed into care due to her controversial career, and criticized the hypocrisy during a comedic podcast, Straight To The Comments!, which celebrates the amusing and distinctive nature of the TopMob comment section, featuring celebrities.

In conversation with Josh Pieters and Archie Manners, Kerry contemplated: “I found myself thinking, ‘Oh dear, how will I afford my rent?’ With all five children residing at home, someone suggested OnlyFans, and I thought, ‘Well, my photos are already out there, might as well make use of it.’

“I explained the situation to the kids that we have no income and I’m finding it tough. I asked them how they would feel if I started working on OnlyFans, making it clear that it would involve me posting only tasteful, topless photos.

She continued: ‘A lot of it is smoke and mirrors, I’m not doing anything that you’ve not seen on the big screen when you go to the cinema.

When you observe Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise on horseback or Natalie Portman in the intense performance of Black Swan, winning awards, earning millions…

‘Kerry Katona gets her nipples out and it’s ‘get those kids in foster home, those f**king kids, get them off her. She deserves to be in f***ing jail!”

The performer commented: “Initially, I was a model for the Page 3 section long ago, as I didn’t plan to become a rocket scientist. Honestly, I possess an extraordinary pair of breasts that you’ve likely never beheld in your lifetime.

‘I was a size six waist with a 34 double D chest; they looked fake.

At the age of 18, I resided in a public housing unit without any legal guardian or support system. Due to my obligations at the recording studio, I was unable to secure a traditional daytime job.

Initially, I took up lap dancing, and I felt quite proud of my breasts, thinking they were exceptional. Soon enough, I found myself joining a girl band, and numerous photos surfaced. It was a distressing experience. I’d rather sunbathe topless and construct sandcastles with my children on the beach.

In another aspect of her career, Kerry is getting ready to appear in a pantomime adaptation of Cinderella, taking on the role of one of the Ugly Stepsisters, sharing the stage with Katie Price.

In December, a performance is scheduled at Northwich Memorial Court, Cheshire, which will be the first time these friends collaborate after a gap of 20 years.

In 2004, Katie and Kerry, who were 44 years old at the time, shared a stage in the entertainment industry when they both participated in “I’m A Celebrity.” During their time there, they grew very close. However, their friendship took a sour turn in 2007 as they experienced a public and contentious split.

The pair have mended their friendship in recent years, with Kerry reportedly helping Katie bag the upcoming panto job amid her bankruptcy battle.

As an enthusiastic follower, I’m thrilled to pass on some terrific news about our forthcoming event. You’re in for quite an extraordinary journey, as Kerry puts it, it’s going to be an unforgettable rollercoaster ride!
