Astroneer ‘Glitchwalkers’ DLC Coming This November With a New Planet and a Villain
As a seasoned spacefarer with countless hours logged across the cosmos, I can’t help but feel my heart race at the prospect of diving back into the sandbox universe of Astroneer, especially with the imminent arrival of the Glitchwalkers expansion.
Devolver Digital and developer System Era Softworks have revealed that ‘Glitchwalkers’, the initial paid addition to the game Astroneer, is scheduled for release in November, enriching the experience with additional science fiction survival sandbox gameplay.
As an enthusiastic player, I can’t contain my excitement for the upcoming addition to Astroneer! This latest update will introduce a never-before-seen planet, teeming with new biomes that promise exciting exploration. There’s also a variety of innovative tech to tinker with, introducing fresh gameplay dynamics. But here’s what really gets me – we’ll be facing the game’s first genuine antagonist! Muahahaha! I can hardly wait!
storms will reappear in both the DLC and main game, along with ‘Glitched Storms’ – these are virtual tempests that can corrupt your systems and interfere with your objectives. The antagonist mentioned earlier is none other than Lyn, a disgruntled crew member from ESS Elysium.
1) To stop Lyn from causing trouble with the Astroneer Training Program’s coding, you’ll have to collaborate with Frank, the Head of Maintenance at Elysium. Meanwhile, Astroneer: Glitchwalkers will be available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC starting November 13th.
