As someone who has been through the rollercoaster of pregnancy, loss, and hopeful anticipation, I deeply empathize with Georgia Kousoulou‘s journey. Her resilience and strength are truly inspiring, especially as she navigates the ups and downs that come with carrying a child.

On Monday, Georgia Kousoulou hurried to the hospital because she noticed less activity or movement from her developing baby girl.

32-year-old TV host announced that she’s pregnant with her second child by her husband, Tommy Mallet (age 31), five months ago, following a miscarriage the previous year.

Georgia, after experiencing In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), shared on her Instagram Story that fortunately, ‘everything turned out well,’ ensuring prompt medical follow-ups.

Sharing a photos as she underwent a series of tests, she laid in a hospital bed with wires and straps across her tummy.

She wrote: ‘Baby girl wanted attention. Rushed out the house as felt movement was reduced so made sure I got checked and everything is good, thank you God.’

The news follows Georgia sharing a touching video of her son, Brody, assisting with an ultrasound scan, as she recently announced they are having a baby girl.

She openly expressed her gratitude, stating that she felt incredibly grateful, with Brody, two years old, standing beside her during the ultrasound examination.

In a delightful video, he’s captured with the ultrasound machine as he held it, assisted by a nurse who revealed the newborn baby on the screen for him to see.

In May, she shared on Instagram that she’s expecting a baby in December, using the caption: “Our long-awaited rainbow child.” She expressed that words fail to capture our feelings; we’ve prayed, hoped, and with a bit of assistance, it’s become a reality.

As a beacon of hope in my journey, I am immensely grateful to have my exceptional team by my side. Rehan Salim, your expertise as an IVF specialist is unparalleled, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with you. Michelle, my remarkable nurse, has been an indispensable guide throughout this process, providing unwavering support at every step. Together, you have made a world of difference in my life.

‘These guys made my experience with IVF so much better than I could of [sic] even imagined.

They skillfully guided me every step of the way, making it truly unforgettable. Thank you for bestowing upon us the most treasured present – a memory we will cherish forever.

Previously, I, a devoted follower, shared that I would never truly move past the profound sense of loss I experienced following a heartbreaking miscarriage at 12 weeks.

Initially, the star began undergoing therapy as they grappled with emotional triggers and found themselves overwhelmed by feelings of sorrow.

Reflecting on her past trauma, Georgia’s buried emotions resurfaced as she delved into writing her upcoming book titled “I Wish I Knew,” in which she candidly discusses the grief of infant loss.

After about a year since that harrowing experience, Georgia admits that she is frequently preoccupied with her new dream, Brody, yet she often encounters unfavorable thoughts, particularly when she uses social media.

She plans on attempting to raise four kids with Tommy, whom she secretly wed last year, since she’s long envisioned a large family, reminiscent of the one she had growing up with two brothers and sisters.

She said: ‘I don’t think you ever get over the feeling.

Recently, I’ve embarked on therapy, and I’m making significant progress. Fortunately, I have Brody, who is the joy of my life, an exceptional child that keeps me preoccupied. However, there are still instances that trigger me. The challenge with infant loss is that triggers seem to be omnipresent in our environment.

My Instagram content primarily consists of images of babies and weddings. What’s been most challenging for me to accept is the ability to feel both sadness and happiness simultaneously, knowing others are joyful.

‘I really struggled with that… I thought I was a bad person.

Following the event, I find myself feeling quite depleted, it’s tough. Someday, I hope to carry a new life within me once more, which might bring some solace, yet I cannot say for sure.

I have a strong desire for a larger family, envisioning ourselves with three or four kids. In the future, when we’re older, I imagine our dinner table being filled with family members, which is what truly matters to me.
