As per the court case details reported by Rolling Stone, it is claimed that John Doe was responsible for handling matters related to risk management and damage control for Kanye, which encompassed conducting investigations and overseeing confidentiality agreements (NDA’s).
Additionally, he asserts that his inquiries involved Bianca and the Kardashian clan, which includes Kim Kardashian, West’s former spouse. It is said that private detectives were instructed by him to track Bianca’s movements.
In simpler terms, the 22-page court document from LA states that Ye asked Doe to secretly hire detectives to track and follow his wife, Bianca Censori, during her solo trip to visit family in Australia, without her knowing about it.
In May, Doe claims that Kanye showed unusual behavior, such as spending $850,000 on a set of titanium teeth and firing a significant portion of the Yeezy management team, including Milo Yiannopoulos who has also alleged that West is addicted to nitrous oxide.
At the point in question, it was asserted that Kanye West might have been influenced by using nitrous oxide. This is something Doe thinks could have impacted Kanye’s judgement during that period.
According to Ronald Zambrano, the legal representative, it’s my client’s view that there was a strong connection between the use of nitrous oxide and the rise in feelings of paranoia and siege mentality experienced during the period when Doe was employed by West.
It appears there were worries within about the quantity of nitrous oxide being shipped to his home.
In mid-May, the lawsuit states that Doe’s employment terminated following a phone call from a teacher at Donda Academy, expressing safety issues they had about certain students.
According to Doe, he notified Kanye’s leadership about the call, after which Kanye reportedly phoned Doe to shout, swear, and threaten him with physical harm, even death, if Doe were to repeat information he had obtained from a Donda employee.
According to the lawsuit, it is claimed that Kanye asserted to Doe that he was effectively cut off from him, using harsh language like “you’re dead to me.” Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges that Kanye played a recording of unsettling voices that seemed to be making threats against Doe.
In the coming days, Kanye’s ‘enforcers’ allegedly started making threats towards Doe, which set off his Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that he had developed from his previous military service.
According to the court case, it is alleged that ‘Doe suffered from panic attacks, extreme anxiety, and intense emotional turmoil. This led him to seek professional help and admit himself into a healthcare institution for managing his deteriorating psychological well-being.’
As a loyal follower, I find myself in a situation where I’ve decided to take legal action against Kanye. The reasons are multiple: emotional distress, retaliation, and numerous breaches of the California labor laws.
In simpler terms, the person filing this lawsuit wants to recover any outstanding wages, legal costs, as well as compensation for harm (which could be either regular or exemplary damages) that will be decided during the court case.
