Dead By Daylight Halloween Event Is Here, With a Castlevania Update Too

Oh, boy! As a long-time horror enthusiast who’s been through countless nights of chasing ghosts and slaying creatures that go bump in the night, I can’t help but get excited about Behaviour Interactive’s Dead By Daylight Halloween festivities! The Void is back, and it’s bigger and scarier than ever before. I mean, who needs a door when you can just open a portal to another realm of terror?

I’m super stoked! Dead By Daylight is rolling out some spooktacular Halloween events that kick off right now and run all the way up to November 7th, courtesy of Behaviour Interactive.

Absolutely, you’re correct! It extends past Halloween and into November to keep the spooky excitement going. To start off, there’s the “Haunted by Daylight” event that’s currently happening at its peak.

According to Behaviour, The Void returns in a significant capacity for this upcoming event. This time around, there will be an increased number of entryways into the Void Realm, and once these portals are activated, they cannot be shut down again.

In these latest challenges, you’ll encounter fresh Void Items designed to flip your match outcomes. Additionally, you now have the ability to activate Killer Powers when within the Void.

Additionally, you’ll find some fresh Castlevania content with the release of Tome 21: Dominus. This expansion includes numerous outfits and reminiscences that draw inspiration from the DS series.

This from Behaviour:

For the first time in Dead by Daylight’s Dominus mode, all obtainable Outfits, Charms, Banners, and Badges will either be based on Castlevania or gothic horror themes. This includes the Legendary Soma Cruz Outfit for Trevor and the Visceral True Form Legendary Outfit for Dracula, each coming with its own unique Mori (kill) animation.

Now is the time!
