I remember growing up listening to One Direction and admiring their journey from The X Factor to becoming global sensations.
In the last few days before his untimely demise at age 31, Liam Payne chose to generously contribute to GoFundMe campaigns set up for ailing kids instead.
On Wednesday evening around 5 pm, the performer tumbled down from the third level of CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires.
However, prior to the occurrence, the popular singer was transferring funds to various charitable organizations and encouraging his followers to do likewise.
Through a sequence of Snapchat clips, the singer shared that his son Bear served as an inspiration for him and expressed deep sadness at the sight of any child enduring hardship.

In one video, posted to his Snapchat, he said: ‘I’ve always felt lucky for the position I’m in.
My dream has always been to become a superhero, yet I lack the abilities typically associated with them: I can’t fly, I don’t possess exceptional mechanical skills, I haven’t been exposed to radioactive substances, and my physical strength is not extraordinary.
‘All I know is that there are websites out there to donate to sick children that need your help. It doesn’t matter how small or how big the donation is, all that matters is you looking in that child’s eyes. ‘
Later, Liam admitted that he’s profoundly moved by the hardships these kids face, as he himself is a parent.
In another video, he expressed, ‘Being a father, it touches me a bit more personally. If that were my child, I would yearn for everyone worldwide to notice me and lend a helping hand.’
‘And so the last few night I’ve been spending some time on GoFundMe, a fantastic website.’
The performer shared that he was donating to charities close to their fundraising target, ensuring that young children receive essential aid and nurturing.
He has been visiting every night to complete and ensure the necessary operations for people, by wrapping up their donations.
‘I can’t not look at a sick child and not see Bear.
‘I can’t and I won’t so when I see one I can help out with I’m there and I’m ready to go.’
Previously a member of One Direction, he subsequently shared with his followers about a specific young girl who had to undergo multiple brain surgeries when she was only four years old.
Tearing up he compared the little girl to his own son.
