Michelle Keegan rakes in an extra £750,000 after landing lead role in hit Netflix drama Fool Me Once

As a dedicated follower of Michelle Keegan‘s illustrious career, I can confidently say that her life has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride, filled with successes that would make even the most seasoned actress green with envy. Her latest achievement, landing the lead role in Netflix’s global hit Fool Me Once, not only boosted her bank balance by a staggering £750,000 but also earned her accolades from none other than Harlan Coben himself!

Last year, Michelle Keegan significantly increased her savings by an impressive £750,000 due to securing the main role in Netflix’s most popular series worldwide, titled Fool Me Once.

Now, the ex-actress from Coronation Street is being considered for a new high-paying role on Netflix, following her impressive performance in the adaptation of Harlan Coben’s series.

The U.S. author expresses eagerness to collaborate with the 37-year-old actress once more, noting that ‘the public adores her.’

Mr. Coben expressed: ‘It would be wonderful if we could have Michelle return. I believe that, in addition to her immense talent and other qualities, she possesses an honest authenticity.’

It seems that many find herself endearing, as they appear drawn to keeping tabs on her personal journey. This attraction likely stems from the warmth and humility they perceive in her, traits that genuinely reflect who she is – an individual of true authenticity.

2023 proved to be an exceptionally successful year for Keegan and her production company, Rosia Promotions. With the Netflix deal in place, they experienced a substantial growth, as their assets increased from approximately £2.85 million to £3.6 million – a significant gain of around £750,000, as reported in filings with Companies House.

As a lifestyle expert looking forward to the remainder of 2024, I am thrilled to share that an impressive revenue surge is on the horizon following the global success of “Fool Me Once,” released earlier this year. With a staggering viewership of 108 million viewers worldwide, it has surpassed all other programs on our streaming platform this year, outranking popular titles such as “Bridgerton” and “Baby Reindeer.” This unprecedented achievement is a testament to the captivating storytelling and exceptional production values that have made our service a go-to destination for quality entertainment.

In this production, Keegan played Maya Stern, a widow who seemed to have her late husband Joe resurface, with Joanna Lumley portraying her domineering mother-in-law.

Under an expensive agreement with Netflix, the eighth Coben adaptation for the streamer became the top-ranked show. Over the next year, two additional thrillers, “Missing You” and “Run Away,” are set to stream on the platform as well.

In Coben’s original works, they take place within the United States; however, when adapting them for screen, he shifted the settings to the UK, primarily utilizing British actors and actresses.

The author has made a habit of using his favourite actors repeatedly.

I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming release of “Missing You” next year! Known for his captivating performances, Richard Armitage will grace our screens once more, this time in his fourth adaptation of a novel by bestselling author Harlan Coben. And if that’s not enough, James Nesbitt will join the cast for the second time, promising another riveting performance. I simply can’t wait!

Michelle, having tied the knot with Mark Wright in 2015, appears to have begun using a portion of her recent wealth.

The couple just revealed a peek of the recent renovations at their Essex home, specifically their redesigned living area.

Since 2019, they’ve fully transformed a house that cost £3.5 million into a stunning residence. They’ve been regularly posting amazing transformations on their Instagram account.

The most recent venture of theirs is showcased on their main account’s story, displaying a neutral-themed dwelling adorned with contemporary furniture, along with a substantial television set.

The spacious room boasts a vast bay window, flooding it with an abundance of light, illuminating the breathtaking living area within their residence.

In this setting, a cozy sofa upholstered in soft cream fabric, adorned with fluffy pillows and imitation fur throws, rests near the television and a sturdy stone-topped coffee table.

Additional dining choices within the room are two chair-cup combos situated in the middle of the room, as well as two more placed beside a window table.

In the heart of the space I curated, a striking bubble-shaped pendant light served as the focal point, complemented by an assortment of greenery, flickering candles, and a collection of intriguing books.

Wright and Keegan disclosed that the elegant sofa and chairs they displayed were custom-made by a distinguished furniture firm named Misura, who had previously crafted other items in their residence.
