Brace yourself for terror: The Curse of the Necklace debuts on Tubi in October 2024

As a seasoned gamer and horror movie enthusiast who has survived countless nights of terror in virtual realms, I can confidently say that my anticipation for “The Curse of the Necklace” is at an all-time high. The stellar cast, intriguing plot, and chilling atmosphere have me hooked, much like a ghostly spirit to its cursed artifact.


Starting from late September, when it hit the big screen, followed by a digital launch in early October, the much-anticipated horror movie titled “The Curse of the Necklace” is all set for its streaming debut on Tubi this coming week. Mark your calendars, as you won’t want to miss it when it premieres on Friday, Oct. 18, 2024!

ESX Entertainment is the production company responsible for creating “The Curse of the Necklace”. This chilling film was directed by Juan Pablo Arias Muñoz, known for his work on “Pumpkinhole” and “Perry Mason”, from a script penned by John Ducey, who has also worked on “A Hollywood Christmas” and “That’s Amor”.

The narrative unfolds in the 1960s, focusing primarily on the Davis family. After leaving her husband, a troubled policeman named Frank, Laura Davis finds herself alone in their home, accompanied only by their two daughters, Ellen (aged 11) and Judy (aged 16).

Sarah Lind, recognized from “The Exorcism of Molly Hartley,” takes on the character Laura Davis. Meanwhile, Henry Thomas, famous for his roles in “The Haunting of Hill House” and “Midnight Mass,” portrays Frank Davis. The sisters Judy and Ellen Davis are played by Madeleine and Violet McGraw respectively. Notably, Madeleine McGraw previously starred as Gwen in the supernatural horror film “The Black Phone,” while Violet McGraw is known for her role as Cady in the sci-fi horror movie “M3GAN.

The remaining roles are played by Felix Solis, known for “Ozark” and “Unfrosted”, Jacob Moran from “The Black Phone”, Christina Moore of “That’s Amor” and “I Believe in Santa”, as well as Brynne Kurland who appeared in “Holiday in the Vineyards”.
