Disclaimer episode guide: New Apple TV+ series has odd release schedule

As a dedicated fan of psychological thrillers with a knack for spotting gems, I can confidently say that Apple TV+’s Disclaimer is a must-watch! Having been captivated by Cate Blanchett’s mesmerizing performances throughout her career, this series seemed like a no-brainer. And let me tell you, Apple TV+ has yet again delivered an engaging and captivating series in 2024.

If you’re interested in watching the first two episodes of “Disclaimer” streaming on Apple TV+, you’re in luck! Perhaps you missed the initial two-episode premiere and are eager to catch up before episode 3 arrives. This post is just for you! Here, we provide a schedule for future episode releases and other essential information to ensure you don’t miss a beat.

When Apple TV+ initially revealed that the psychological thriller Disclaimer would feature Cate Blanchett, it instantly caught my attention! Not only is she among my favorite actresses, but this streaming service has a reputation for producing captivating series. Given how impressive 2024 has been for Apple TV+, I had high expectations that this would be another success.

After screening the first few episodes, I’m happy to confirm I was right. If you’re searching for a new drama and are into the psychological thriller genre, Disclaimer is the one to watch. But with this being the start of the holiday season and all, the two-episode premiere may have snuck up on you. If that’s the case, here’s the episode release schedule so you are prepared.

New episodes of Disclaimer will go premiere on Fridays as follows:

  • Episode 1 is now streaming
  • Episode 2 is now streaming
  • Episode 3 streams on Oct. 18
  • Episode 4 streams on Oct. 18
  • Episode 5 streams on Nov. 1
  • Episode 6 streams on Nov. 8
  • Episode 7 streams on Nov. 15

Indeed, you’re correct! This limited series consists of just seven episodes in total. Given this structure, it seems unlikely that we’ll see a second season for “Disclaimer”, as it appears to be designed as a miniseries. The final episode will air on November 15, wrapping up the series with its seventh installment.

According to Renee Knight’s novel titled “Disclaimer”, the story revolves around Catherine Ravenscroft (Blanchett), a renowned journalist and writer whose life takes an unexpected turn when a book emerges that exposes her hidden past, including her long-kept secrets. The enigmatic author behind this publication is someone Catherine has wronged in the past, seeking retribution. Here’s the trailer for more insight: [Trailer Link]
