Wuthering Waves is now updated to version 3.2! While you explore the new resonators and captivating world, we’re excited to announce that version 3.3 is coming soon. This update will bring deeper gameplay, fresh stories, and a new experience overall. In this article, we’ll cover everything you need to know about the Wuthering Waves 3.3 update, including the banner schedule and what to expect.

Let’s start by understanding what banners are. As we’ve discussed before, banners are periodic updates and events added to the game. They introduce new characters (resonators), bring back previously available ones, and include special events, anniversary celebrations, and other surprises.

When is the Wuthering Waves 3.3 Banner coming

Knowing when new resonators will be available and how much they cost gives you time to gather the necessary materials beforehand. This way, you can be prepared and buy them all as soon as they appear in the game.

The latest update, version 3.2, came out on March 19th, 2026. We anticipate the next 3.2 update will be available on April 30th, 2026, following the typical 41-day release cycle.

We don’t have a confirmed release date yet, but we expect the update to be available around that time. With the game’s 2nd anniversary approaching, this update could be quite exciting!

Two new five-star characters are coming soon: Hiyuki, a Glacio user who wields a sword, and Denia, a Glacio user who uses pistols. Here’s a quick look at what they offer:

Hiyuki 

Hiyuki is a powerful five-star character specializing in sword combat. She’ll be available for a limited time, and developers have hinted she might be featured in the first round of availability. It’s been a while since a Glacio character was released, so players are likely to be excited to obtain her. Her backstory will be known as ‘A Shrine Maiden’.

Denia

Okay, so another super powerful, five-star character, and this one’s a Fusion type who fights with a Rectifier. Honestly, I’m starting to feel a little tired of seeing another female character, though! Maybe I’m alone in that, and a lot of people are really into the female designs – who knows!

Denia will be a playable character with a unique and stylish design. Her journey begins at Startorch Academy, and she’ll be released in the second update.

Rerun resonators

The game is almost two years old, and we’re planning a big anniversary update, likely version 3.3. This update will probably bring back some older characters, but we don’t know exactly which ones yet. We’ll share more details as soon as we have official confirmation or more information.
