Every day, Mark wakes up between 3:30 and 4 am, then kick-starts his morning routine by consuming vitamins and supplements like Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and turmeric.
Regarding his eating habits, he abstains from consuming food from 6 pm until noon the following day. Instead, he drinks espressos during that time period.
