Reflecting on September, it was nothing short of extraordinary – truly living up to my expectations and making my dream wedding week come true. As I scroll through my Instagram feed filled with the stunning images from that special day, I can’t help but feel grateful for every moment. Initially, I had mentioned that this once-in-a-lifetime event would carry a price tag equivalent to purchasing a house. However, looking back now, I realize that the memories and emotions captured in those photographs are priceless and worth every penny spent.
The photos showed Vicky posing in her two stunning dresses, the first a full lace bridal gown from Leah Da Glória for the alfresco ceremony.
She later changed into a stunning Vivienne Westwood satin gown for the reception.
A different photo captured the joyful pair nestled together at their rehearsal dinner, while beautiful landscapes of Puglia served as a picturesque backdrop.
Vicky additionally shared a picture of her dear friend Pete Wicks, whom she unexpectedly presented with a giant cookie, requesting him to serve as her flower girl.
Pete, a cast member of TOWIE, was the one who posted the initial image of Vicky’s wedding dress following his quick trip to Italy, which he made amidst his demanding Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals.
On their wedding day, Pete posted a lovely picture from the grand event on Instagram, acknowledging his best friend as one of his greatest advocates.
Vicky’s radiant beauty was accentuated by the elegant, long-sleeved lace gown that closely fitted her silhouette and included a modest trail.
Vicky has made sure to keep everyone updated about her wedding plans since Ercan proposed during their vacation in Dubai last February, but she’s also shared that she felt disheartened by the high cost associated with making her special day a reality.
Additionally, Vicky voiced criticisms towards the wedding industry, arguing that costs have escalated as a means to profit from individuals eager to celebrate life events they missed during the COVID-19 lockdown, often referred to as making up for lost time.
She told The Mirror: ‘They are quite costly indeed. There’s no other way to put it. Yes, I have had to work. Everyone needs to work. I feel very fortunate. Frankly, I enjoy my job. I’m not digging in the mines, am I?’
“I’ve put in a lot of effort because this wedding is the one I’ve always wanted. So, I’m genuinely thrilled. However, it does make me a little sad to see large amounts of money being spent.

Vicky decided to let a film crew document her upcoming wedding, despite the fact that a similar attempt in the past didn’t turn out well for her.
2018 saw the signing of the deal and the preparations for the wedding starting, as it was just a few months away. However, an unexpected revelation came to light: her future spouse, John Noble, had been caught kissing other women.
‘I was heartbroken,’ she admitted to the Mail’s Weekend Magazine. ‘This time is very different.’
I had a sense of not being good enough or lovable, so I channeled my energy into my job and aimed to project an air of resilience. However, beneath the surface, I was falling apart emotionally.
She recalls everyone coming together for support, yet there was no escape, she explains. ‘I can still vividly remember having a TV crew present, feeling lost about how to react. Ultimately, I couldn’t hold back my emotions and cried.’
We transformed the wedding video into a series about breakups, highlighting that it’s okay for young women to leave relationships that aren’t right for them.
