52-year-old French celebrity has spent time as a head waiter in several of London’s finest dining establishments and built a thriving career on television.
He seldom goes unseen on our screens and has worked alongside some major figures in the worlds of hospitality and entertainment.
But the TV regularlooked unrecognisable as he shared a throwback snap on Instagram on Sunday.

That’s right, it’s Fred Sirieix!
With a bright grin, the celebrity demonstrated that his handsome appearance was not dependent on his signature beard. He stood alongside a royal guard on a horse, maintaining his charm and elegance without it.
He donned a white jacket over the top of a black quarter zip and blue jeans.

This milestone serves as another captivating chapter in his already extraordinary journey, which began as a humble chef in France. The icing on the cake? Sharing the screen with the legendary Gordon Ramsay during a thrilling road trip show and gracing ITV’s I’m a Celeb with his star power!
From a young age, Fred harbored a desire to work in the hospitality sector, a passion that was nurtured in his hometown of Limoges, France.
He started off his career as a Chef de Rang at the three-Michelin starred restaurant La Tante Claire, which has since closed down.
He then worked his magic at Le Gavroche, Sartoria and Brasserie Roux.
In the heart of London’s bustling Park Lane, I found my professional sanctuary at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Galvin at Windows, nestled on the 28th floor of the iconic Hilton Hotel. For an incredible span of 14 years, from 2005 to 2019, I proudly served as its General Manager.
Unexpectedly, his career on television gained momentum. Starting as a familiar figure on First Dates, he later embarked on adventures with renowned chefs Gordon and Gino on their road trips.
In the previous year, Fred gained even more recognition on ITV’s I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here as he criticized Nigel Farage, stating that the reform leader showed little concern for improving our world.
In a more secluded setting, he is a father of two: Andrea (aged 19) and Matteo-Lucien (14), born from his previous relationship with Alex Spendolini.
He is currently engaged to fiancée Fruitcake, who he plans to marry in Jamaica later this year.
Last year, during his stint on I’m A Celebrity, the star of First Dates shared with his fellow campers the story of how he met his future spouse.
Fred shared: ‘I’ve never had a bad date. But the way I met Fruitcake, I met her in Peckham.
Nine years ago, as I strolled along, she greeted me with a warm smile that instantly caught my attention. Returning the gesture, I found myself drawn to her radiant eyes. I felt an irresistible urge to engage with her, so I asked for her phone number and proposed a drink later that evening. Fast forward to now, we’re planning to tie the knot in Jamaica next year.
