From humble beginnings on The Bachelor to finding love with Snezana and building an empire worth millions, this man knows how to hustle.
According to reports, former “Bachelor” star Sam Wood is considering purchasing an impressive house in one of Melbourne’s highly desirable zip codes.
Real estate insiders say the hunky reality star and his wife Snezana have already laid out an eye-watering $14million for the sprawling pad.
Nestled along the picturesque coastline of Brighton, approximately 14 kilometers away from the city center, stands a charming, vintage multi-story mansion. This exquisite property features six bedrooms, a sparkling swimming pool, and lush, sprawling gardens.
On the contrary, as per reports from The Herald Sun published on Friday, the genetically fortunate couple are still yet to finalize the purchase of their prize property.
According to insiders the pair have not finalised a deposit.
It seems the news indicates that Sam and Snezana have been trying to purchase property in an exclusive area for about two years now.
And the pair have been linked to the purchase of another property on Brighton’s ‘Golden Mile’.
For a staggering estimated price range between $16,500,000 and $18,000,000, this grandiose mansion showcases exquisite preservation of Art Deco design.
Features include lavish grounds, a pool, tennis court, and Old School panelled wet bar.
Other highlights include marble fireplaces, vintage chandelier, and decorative tiling.
As stated in the report, the property listing no longer appeared on real estate websites by the end of the week, however, it was found that the property was still available for purchase on Realestate.com as late as Saturday.
Previously auctioned off for $315,000 back in 1980, it was later rented out to tenants at an impressive rate of $2400 per week starting in 2023.
In the year 2015, Wood gained prominence on “The Bachelor” as he found affection with Snezana Markoski, a single mother of one.
Now a business mogul the strapping 43-year-old has built an multimillion dollar empire.
In 2022 he sold his fitness program – 28 by Sam Wood – to genetics group myDNA for $71million.
The entrepreneur continues to invest in the company and holds a five per cent stake.
He has also amassed a $10 million real estate portfolio.
Among his assets is a $4 million residence in Elsternwick, where he resides with his spouse Snezana and their four kids, along with a luxurious vacation home valued at $3.6 million in Mt Martha.
2014 saw Wood’s debut in the real estate sector with his acquisition of a two-bedroom, 1728 sq.m property on Koornang Road, Carnegie, at a price of $477,500.
In the year 2017, Wood purchased a three-bedroom investment property in Broadford for $295,000. Since that time, its worth has significantly increased, approaching almost half a million dollars ($500,000).
In 2018, around the same time Wood acquired the Elsternwick property, he also sunk $531,000 into another investment property in Upwey.
The well-known figure in the fitness world is currently wedded to Snezana Wood, who was originally known as Snezana Markoski. They first crossed paths during the third series of The Bachelor in 2015.
