As a seasoned mobile gamer with years of experience under my belt, I must admit, I was taken aback by Diavolos’ audacious move to assemble a team for VALORANT Mobile before the game has even launched. However, upon closer inspection, their decision makes perfect sense. These guys are no strangers to success; they’ve already claimed victory at the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2024 Stage 4 Grand Final, after all!
Diavolos unveils their lineup for the VALORANT Mobile team ahead of the game’s official launch, featuring four members.
As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that Diavolos, the renowned esports squad from Japan, famous for its Call of Duty: Mobile (CODM) roster, has unveiled its team for the upcoming VALORANT Mobile! Diavolos is proudly stepping into the spotlight as the world’s inaugural VALORANT Mobile team. Given that the game hasn’t launched yet, it’s safe to say that this claim is likely true.
On October 1st, announced on their Twitter account, the VALORANT Mobile team includes MauN, Banken, Dora, and Gucchi as the key players. Each of these individuals boasts a wealth of expertise in well-known mobile first-person shooter (FPS) and battle royale games such as Apex Mobile, Standoff 2, PUBG MOBILE, Arena Breakout, and Critical Ops.
As a gamer, I’m proud to announce that my latest bold move takes me into Diavolos’ second competitive division, this time focusing on mobile shooter games. Following our triumph at the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2024 Stage 4 Grand Final, where we stood as Japan’s lone representative, it’s clear that our CODM team has solidified Diavolos’ reputation in the world of mobile esports.
This action is seen by many as the team demonstrating their dedication to initiate work early and foster camaraderie. Nevertheless, others view it as a daring decision to lock in a roster for a game that hasn’t been unveiled yet. Despite the apprehension surrounding the outcome, fans are eagerly looking forward to the Diavolos’ roster’s debut.
Here’s my spin on that:
- MauN: @CuriosityMauN
- Banken: @bankenyoutube
- Dora: @dorayoutube7062
- Gucchi: @gucchi_ios
As an avid fan, I’m eagerly awaiting the official release date for VALORANT Mobile from Riot Games, but unofficial whispers hint at a launch window between the end of 2024 and mid-2025. It seems that the game is currently undergoing closed beta testing (CBT), with access available on China’s servers for now.
