Fortnite x Shaquille O’Neal Crossover Brings Shaq Outfits to the Game Tomorrow
As a longtime fan of basketball and video games, I am absolutely thrilled about the upcoming Fortnite x Shaquille O’Neal crossover! Growing up, Shaq was not just a towering figure on the court, but also an icon who transcended sports, venturing into music and entertainment.
Tomorrow will see Shaquille O’Neal coming to Fortnite from tomorrow, as the latest crossover for the Battle Royale game, with corresponding LEGO styles also available for the two “Shaq-tacular” outfits. There are various cosmetics, too.
Shaquille O’Neal, also known as ‘DJ Diesel’, is set to appear in the Fortnite store. This will allow players to represent him as his musical persona. The outfit includes a black Festival Headliner variant, and there are seven distinct color options for the Super Shaq Outfit.
In his own words, Shaq stated, “Every stage of my professional life has been about shattering limitations and crafting unforgettable moments in sports, music, and entertainment that foster unity among people.” He continued, “Joining Fortnite represents a fresh, exhilarating territory for me where I can merge my passion for music with the adrenaline rush of gaming. Brace yourselves as I’m about to turn up the heat on the island!
The “One N Two” and “Shaq Shimmy” emotes complete the Fortnite collaboration with basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal, set to debut on October 4th at 8pm ET or October 5th at 1am BST.
