Paddington 3 new trailer reveals first look at baby Paddington

As a devoted fan who grew up with the lovable and adventurous Paddington Bear, I must say that the latest trailer for “Paddington in Peru” has me utterly thrilled! The glimpse into baby Paddington’s life in Peru is a heartwarming touch that adds depth to the beloved character.

The latest Paddington in Peru trailer features an adorable detail for fans.

In the third movie of the series inspired by Michael Bond’s 1958 book “A Bear Called Paddington,” our beloved, talking bear character, Paddington (voiced by Ben Whishaw), journeys back to Peru to catch up with his aunt Lucy, who is played by Imelda Staunton.

The new trailer unveils a sneak peek into the latest journey, showcasing young Paddington and his nurturing years spent under the care of his cherished aunt.

In a heartwarming tale, I recount the moment when Lucy chanced upon me, a young and endearing bear cub. Hidden amidst the lush greenery, I emerged, sporting a charming red blossom atop my head – echoing the distinctive charm of my iconic red hat.

In the following sequence, we find baby Paddington attempting to scale a tree in search of an orange. However, his efforts cause the branch to snap, sending him rolling downhill.

In the presence of lovely Lucy, the endearing baby bear eagerly devours a sandwich, prompting her curious question, “Where on earth did you appear from?

In the upcoming movie, Paddington sets off for Peru on November 8, where he plans to meet up with Lucy who resides at a home for elderly bears.

However, upon their arrival in Peru, the Browns and Paddington are told by the Matron (Olivia Colman), who runs the orphanage, that Lucy, a fellow resident, has vanished.

In a different phrasing, Paddington and the Brown family embark on an adventure, traversing the dense Amazon rainforest in search of Lucy. Along their journey, they team up with the daring explorer Hunter Cabot, portrayed by Antonio Banderas.

As I eagerly anticipate, it seems that a new Paddington movie is officially in the works! With the beloved character’s 70th anniversary on the horizon, StudioCanal has made the exciting announcement that we can look forward to another heartwarming adventure with our favorite bear from Peru.

At the Brand Licensing Europe 2024 conference, StudioCanal’s CEO for kids and family, Françoise Guyonnet, mentioned during her keynote speech that they are currently developing a new TV series and a movie set to release in 2027 and 2028, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

She continued: “The big event for the StudioCanal family is the release of Paddington in Peru.”

Paddington In Peru is released in UK cinemas on November 8, 2024.
