Vernon Kay branded a ‘lucky man’ as he opens up about his morning routine with wife Tess Daly

The recent exchange between Zoe Ball and Vernon Kay, two stalwarts of the BBC Radio 2 family, is a testament to the enduring bonds that exist among them.
In a playful manner, Zoe Ball affectionately labeled her BBC Radio 2 colleague Vernon Kay as a ‘fortunate individual’ following his discussion about his daily routine with his spouse Tess Daly.
As Vernon took over the microphone during his mid-morning shift, the 53-year-old host was curious to discover if he was more of a morning or evening person.
It came to light that Tess, who is 55, along with her daughters and Vernon, were habitual morning people. Subsequently, Vernon explained the reason behind his lack of requirement for an alarm clock during mornings.

In Vernon’s own words, he shared that he and Tess Daly, from Strictly Come Dancing, remade the music video for Britney Spears’ ‘Hit Me Baby One More Time.’ This is where our paths initially crossed, according to him.
Indeed, we were both sporting costumes reminiscent of iconic figures.
