Katy Perry has disclosed what she consumed during her stay in Australia, where she performed at the AFL Grand Final.
In an Instagram video, the American pop star, 39, revealed she consumed several eggs.
In front of a laden breakfast table, Katy shared: “I consume many boiled eggs as they are rich in protein.
After a playful remark, the singer known for “Hot n Cold” shared that she’d come up with an efficient technique of her own to quickly open eggs.
Instead of hitting them on the plate, Katy mimicked the sound by tapping her head. “Ow, that one was quite painful and there was some liquid inside,” she playfully quipped.
She was also seen eating another hard-boiled egg while getting her hair and makeup done.
Following assertions that Katy might be taking Ozempic or a similar weight loss medication, speculations arise due to her remarkably fit physique featured on the cover of her latest 143 album.

The popular singer announced that she’s including an additional performance in Adelaide for her 2025 Australian Lifetimes Tour.
Initially, the tour only had a single performance scheduled in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. However, the American pop star decided to include more shows.
She has now announced she will also be performing in Adelaide during the tour.
She posted on Instagram: “I understood what you said, Adelaide, I’ve got it covered! Tickets go on sale tomorrow for the Lifetimes Tour on June 26th.
Katy wowed the crowd at the MCG in Melbourne on Saturday during her AFL Grand Final show.
She was reportedly paid a staggering $5million to put on a pre-game performance at the final.
Her 20-minute set included two tracks from her latest album 143, Lifetimes and Gorgeous, as well as a selection of her best known hits, including I Kissed A Girl and Roar.
