Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown Video Addresses Community Feedback and the Open-World Racer’s Future
As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I’ve seen my fair share of rocky launches. Yet, the troubles that Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown faced at launch were particularly disheartening, much like a brand-new sports car sputtering on the starting line. However, it seems that Kylotonn is taking the right steps to rectify these issues and get this beautiful machine purring smoothly.
In response to the rocky launch of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, which encountered server problems and various other flaws, developer Kylotonn plans to rectify these issues through a series of updates or fixes.
The developer is working on completing the patches at the moment, focusing on fixing server problems, implementing an offline mode, adjusting AI balance, enabling cross-play, enhancing console graphics, and improving overall performance, as well as several other aspects.
In a press statement, Kylotonn shares that “Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown” is an AA game, meticulously crafted over a span of six years by a dedicated team of 90 individuals. They express that this project holds a special place in the hearts of their teams, who are committed to addressing player suggestions and concerns throughout the development process.
Alain Jarniou, Creative Director, and Guillaume Guinet, Game Director, respond to community questions about the upcoming release and future plans for the open-world racer, known as Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. They announced that the game will follow a content plan, with exciting additions such as the iconic TDU location of Ibiza arriving in December, and the PvP Casino scheduled for June 2025.
