As a lifestyle expert with years of experience, I deeply empathize with Rachael Finch‘s recent health ordeal. It’s inspiring to see how she remains focused on her wellness routine even amidst adversity. Her dedication to maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise is commendable.
On Thursday, Rachael Finch was taken to the hospital due to a severe migraine. She underwent several medical examinations as a result.
35-year-old Australian Miss Universe winner-turned fitness influencer shared snaps on Instagram from her recent stay, featuring one image where she’s connected to an intravenous fluid bag.
‘When [my husband] Misha and I first met I used to get bad migraines,’ she wrote in the caption.
It’s been years since they last greeted me. However, this silence has been particularly painful. Despite the medication I received at the hospital yesterday, my headache persisted.
Later on, Rachel shared that the physicians had conducted a comprehensive examination, which included scans and a spinal fluid test, followed by their advice for her to take some time off and focus on her healing process.
They’ve snapped some lovely photos of my chest area and conducted comprehensive tests for common diseases. Additionally, they collected a sample of my spinal fluid. Rest assured, it’s not cause for worry; I’m simply receiving additional care from the medical team.
Initially, it began with a fever and a headache, but it soon developed into a sensation that was comparable to a bomb ready to detonate inside my skull.
It persisted for days, regardless of whatever remedy I tried. The staff at the hospital – doctors and nurses alike – were truly marvelous. I am deeply appreciative.

The hospitalized fitness guru insisted on adhering to her rigid meal plan, sharing with everyone what she consumed for her morning meal.
She said she skipped the toasts and Weet-Bix and opted for a banana and health bar.
Lately, the creator of Kissed Earth wellness supplements has been open about her approach to staying in shape by emphasizing daily exercise, which she recently discussed with her 321,000 social media fans.
She emphasized the significance of incorporating daily physical activity into our routine, as she strolled along the beach trail for her recording.
‘Even a 10 minute walk if you can. I’m getting out for about 45 minutes.’

To kick off her daily regimen, Rachel swiftly dashed down a series of steps that led to the shoreline, descending about three steps per second while urging her followers to stay active.
2009’s Miss Universe second place contender stated that her outdoor exercise routine consisted of numerous flights of steps, steep inclines, and plenty of wind.
‘Exercise releases all of those endorphins that make us feel better,’ Rachael explained.
Rachael boasts a significant number of online admirers, drawn by her hands-on methodology when educating her kids on health and physical fitness.
