Sam Frost has revealed a shocking new career move.
Former Bachelor contestant, 36, is launching a podcast called Cracking On with her Home and Away colleague, Sarah Roberts.
The friends, who worked together on a soap opera from late 2017 to 2021, announced the news on Instagram on Friday.
They shared a photo of themselves relaxing on a couch in the water at sunset, with the caption ‘Making good progress – stay tuned!’
Shortly after, they offered a preview of their upcoming podcast. As Sam explained, ‘The Cracking On podcast focuses on dealing with life’s setbacks and finding new paths.’
‘Anything that comes across in life that seems like it just hits you in the nuts.’
Sam and Sarah, both 41, have filmed episodes with some well-known guests, such as soap actresses Lynne McGranger and Emily Weir.
The event will also feature appearances by Australian comedian Nick Giannopoulos, actress Debra Lawrence, radio personality Myf Warhurst, and Michala Banas, known for her role in McLeod’s Daughters.
Sam and Sarah quickly became friends while working together on the TV show Home and Away. They both joined the cast in late 2017.
Sarah, who played Willow, left the show in 2021, and Sam, who played Jasmine, left the following year.
The news about the podcast was released nearly a year after Sam and her fiancé, Jordie Hansen, welcomed their second child in April of last year.
She announced the happy news on Instagram, sharing two black-and-white images.
Oh my gosh, the first photo just dropped and Sam looks absolutely radiant! She’s cradling her little one in the hospital, and honestly, she’s glowing with pride. It’s the sweetest thing ever – you can just feel how much she loves that baby!
The adorable baby looked sweet and cozy nestled on his well-known mother’s shoulder, wearing a warm knitted hat.

It was so heartwarming to see the new photos! One of them shows the parents introducing their little baby to big brother Ted, who’s already three. It just melts my heart!
She introduced him as Bobby, adding a red heart emoji, and then shared his full name: Bobby Jordan Frost-Hansen.
‘We love you so much little man. 29/03/2025,’ she continued.
Sam announced she was expecting her second child in November 2024.
‘Our family is growing from three to four,’ she began.
It’s been such an incredible journey so far, and honestly, we’re just overflowing with gratitude that our baby is healthy and growing strong. We can’t wait to finally meet you – and your big brother is especially excited to have a little sibling!
