Lana Del Rey lives a quiet life in Louisiana with her husband, Jeremy Dufrene, who leads gator tours, and she recently shared a personal glimpse into their relationship.

Lana Del Rey, the 40-year-old singer of “Young And Beautiful” (whose real name is Elizabeth Grant), shared a collection of photos on Instagram to celebrate the 51st birthday of her swamp guide.

The couple looked just as in love as ever following their wedding in September 2024.

Del Rey posted some recent videos and a sweet selfie with her partner by the ocean, showing herself without makeup.

She shared an adorable video of Dufrene loading plants they’d just bought at Home Depot into the truck. When he noticed he was being filmed, he beamed and proudly showed off his new Jack-o’-lantern pot.

Lana Del Rey posted a photo showing her hand holding her fiancé’s wrist, prominently displaying her large engagement ring.

A photo also surfaced of Lana Del Rey wearing a tour guide shirt belonging to Dufrene, with his name stitched above the pocket.

The singer recently offered a peek into her personal life with her latest music video.

Lana Del Rey’s recent Instagram video began with a clip from the classic 1933 Betty Boop cartoon, Snow-White. However, the video highlighted a portion featuring Koko the Clown transforming into a ghost.

The video then suddenly switched to wobbly, home-video-style footage of Lana Del Rey dancing and beaming with joy.

Since their wedding, the couple has generally stayed out of the public eye. However, they were recently seen at a Ralph Lauren show on February 10th, just before New York Fashion Week began.

The couple shared a sweet kiss while walking the red carpet for the famous designer.

The couple initially met in 2019 on a swamp tour led by Dufrene. They found each other again after a few years and got married in September 2024.

Last August, Lana Del Rey shared the story of how she met her husband, a tour guide in the Louisiana bayous who works with alligators.

According to W magazine, Jeremy has a reassuring and powerful demeanor, typical of those who work with large, potentially dangerous animals, as Del Rey explained.

She explained that she fell in love with him quickly after they met, but she worried her own life circumstances might create problems for the relationship.

Del Rey mentioned that Dufrene immediately put her at ease, saying, ‘I’m used to dealing with difficult situations – I can handle anything.’

You know, one of the most amazing things about my partner is his incredible ability to just listen. Through everything – and honestly, there’s been a lot! – he never tried to fix things or change me. Instead, he’d simply let me vent, and then tell me, ‘Be yourself, and I’ll love you even more.’ It’s such a simple phrase, but it’s completely transformed how I feel about being open and vulnerable in the relationship. It’s about unconditional acceptance, and it’s everything.

Tying the knot in 2024 didn’t make the spotlight any gentler. 

Del Rey remembered the intense attention they received, including reports of drones flying over their home to photograph their wedding and the beginning of their marriage.

She chuckled, saying, “If it had been me, I’d have been a wreck! I get overwhelmed easily, and that day I was feeling it more than ever. But Jeremy was totally calm. He just told me not to worry about him.”

Fans have already gotten a taste of the love-inspired music. She shared that she currently opens every show with the song ‘Stars Fell on Alabama,’ and that’s all she’s revealed so far.

Jeremy has had the biggest influence on my life. He’s generally reserved around others, but he’s very open and talkative with me.
