As a long-time fan of the King of Fighters and Fatal Fury series, I can’t contain my excitement about Terry Bogard joining Street Fighter 6! Growing up, Terry was always one of my favorite characters because of his unique moveset and his fierce spirit.


Here comes a new challenger!

For fans who appreciate Terry Bogard from the Fatal Fury series, get ready to enjoy some excitement because Terry has just been confirmed to be part of Street Fighter 6!

Terry made his debut in the game as early as June 2024, with initial hints dropping prior to that. Later, Capcom unveiled a gameplay video featuring Terry and a rundown of his skills. Attendees at Gamescom 2024 even had the opportunity to try out Terry’s moves for themselves.

On September 24th, Terry made his entry into Street Fighter 6. Now, players can get their hands on him through Steam for PC, as well as on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Xbox Series X|S.

Passing SwayA unique target combo that moves to the back “lane” of the stage when it hits, then has Terry reappear on either side of his opponent with Jumping Lariat or Jumping Knee – a unique mechanic carried over directly from the Fatal Fury series.
Power WaveLaunch a fireball projectile that travels along the ground, with the light version moving slower and the medium version igniting a bigger wave.
Burn KnuckleA forward thrusting punch, useful for surprises and closing distance. The light version, Quick Burn, reels off a hook, then a downward punch that can’t be blocked while crouching.
Buster WolfTerry’s Level 1 Super Art charges him forward with a piercing thrust, firing off a blast of energy, and is invincible on start-up.
Power GeyserTerry’s Level 2 Super Art erupts a volcanic explosion that pushes opponents away. If it hits, expend 3 Drive Gauge bars to follow-up with a Twin Geyser. And if that hits, spend 1 Super Art gauge for the iconic Triple Geyser.
Rising FangTerry’s Level 3 Super Art showcases a lethal sequence of attacks featuring his iconic moves that end with a powerful blast.
