Just dropped into the Overwatch 2 store is a fresh, legendary weapon skin – the Midnight Sun skin for the character Ana, one of our support heroes! Here’s a walkthrough on obtaining the Ana Mythic weapon skin in Overwatch 2.
How to unlock the Overwatch 2 Ana mythic weapon skin
You can get the legendary Midnight Sun weapon skin for Ana in two different ways. One option is to navigate to the in-game store, select the “Featured” area, and purchase the item labeled “Ana – Full Mythic Weapon Skin Set.” This transaction grants you access to the weapon skin, all its customization features, and a jump of 20 tiers in the Battle Pass.
In this approach, you’ll find yourself navigating to the in-game store as well. But instead of wandering around aimlessly, click on the “Mythic” section. Once there, choose the “Midnight Sun” option. This selection will grant you the base Ana mythic weapon skin for 50 Mythic Prisms. The next three customization options will cost you 10 Mythic Prisms each.
How to get the Overwatch 2 Ana Midnight Sun weapon skin
To acquire Mythic Weapon Skins, you need to initially purchase the Overwatch 2 Seasonal Battle Pass. This pass retails for either 1,000 Overwatch Coins, which is approximately $9.99 USD per season, or a real-money equivalent. After purchasing, progress through the Battle Pass by accomplishing daily missions, weekly tasks, special event challenges, or lifetime objectives.
As you advance through the Battle Pass, you earn Mythic Prisms as your rewards. Additionally, you can carry over any unused Mythic Prisms from the last season.
