Netflix Officially Orders 28-Episode Minimum Wage Series

Netflix has greenlit a new series called Minimum Wage, and it’s scheduled to premiere later this year. The original cast – including Aidan Micho, Grace Reiter, Hyde Healy, Julia Decesare, Luke Burke, Ryan Micho, and Tommy Armstrong – will all return. The series comes from American High, founded by Jeremy Garelick, who is known for films like The Break-Up, The Wedding Ringer, and Murder Mystery 2. Garelick and Will Phelps are showrunners, writers, and executive producers, alongside Axelle Azoulay.

Ving Rhames released from hospital after collapsing in a Los Angeles restaurant

I was so worried to hear that Ving Rhames collapsed while having lunch with his family yesterday! TMZ reported that it happened at a restaurant, and thankfully the LA Fire Department told USA Today that paramedics were there quickly. They said he was treated right at the scene and then taken to the hospital. He’s 66, and I’m sending all my best wishes for a speedy recovery – he’s been Luther Stickell in all the Mission: Impossible movies, and it would be awful to lose him!

I truly believe that after Kingpin, Bullseye, played by Wilson Bethel, is the most dangerous enemy Daredevil has ever faced. That’s why I was so thrilled Marvel brought him into the show, first in season one and then making him a key part of season two – even though he wasn’t originally planned to be there! He just adds so much to the story; he’s a remarkably skilled and completely unpredictable killer, and Daredevil needs an opponent like that.
