As a dedicated follower of Sarah Di Lorenzo’s journey and a firm believer in her holistic approach to health and wellness, I wholeheartedly applaud her efforts to instill positive language and mindset in her daughters. Her commitment to creating a healthy environment for her family, both physically and mentally, is truly commendable.

Sarah Di Lorenzo has disallowed the use of three typical expressions by her trio of teenagers within their household.

The Sunrise nutritionist gave a rare insight into her family life as she told how their are four words she won’t allow her kids Charlotte, 21, Coco, 19, and Chloe, 15, to use.

Instead of having a “swear jar” at home, she uses it as a tool to discourage her daughters from repeating frequently used phrases that are not appropriate or polite.

The health expert informed The Daily Telegraph that phrases like ‘fat’, ‘skinny’, ‘can’t’ and ‘scared’ are not acceptable in his home,” (paraphrased)

Sarah shared that she implements certain guidelines to help mold a more constructive conversation about health and nutrition for her girls, with the aim of reshaping their perspective on these topics.

She prefers expressing the significance of maintaining good health rather than directly cautioning against unhealthy choices by saying something like “You’ll get fat if you eat that candy.” Instead, she subtly warns about potential health repercussions and is mindful in choosing her words.

The author mentions that she does not keep bathroom scales in her house for her daughters’ use, instead opting for a 22-centimeter serving plate when providing meals at home.

She mentioned that the size of the plates back in 1960 was similar to what we have now, but today’s plates measure approximately 32 centimeters and hold around 1000 additional calories compared to those from 1960.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve discovered that psychologically, we humans tend to feel more satisfied when our plates are fully loaded. To ensure my family maintains a balanced diet and promotes a healthy lifestyle during meals, I opt for smaller dish sizes. This way, portions appear ample, yet controlled, encouraging mindful eating habits without the need for excessive quantities.

Her latest remarks come just days after Sarah was forced to deny rumours that she is dating her Sunrise co-star Mark Beretta.

The well-known television personality, often seen on the morning talk show, became a topic of conversation surrounding her romantic affairs following her divorce from her co-star.

As a devoted single parent, I unequivocally debunked any baseless speculations about my personal life. Let me make it clear: I cherish this journey as a solo parent and would gladly continue on this path, finding genuine contentment in my solitude.

Speaking with Stellar Magazine recently, the mother of three expressed her shock, as Mark, who is both my colleague and friend, is an exceptional person – yet I was taken aback by something.

The Channel 7 nutritionist went on, saying it was absurd since we had never shared a cup of coffee before.

‘I was shocked and completely disturbed that someone went out of their way to make something up.’

She mentioned that there’s no melancholy in remaining unattached. Instead, I cherish being a solo parent, and I am content with the idea of spending the remainder of my days on my own.

It’s thought that Mark has remained unmarried since parting ways with his wife, Rachel, about a year ago, following 22 years together in wedlock.

In October of last year, it was confirmed by the 57-year-old sports broadcaster and his ex-spouse Rachel, whom he married in 2001, that they amicably separated at the beginning of this year.

Mark shared with Daily Mail Australia, via a representative from Seven, that at the beginning of the year, after much thought and having been married for 22 years, he and Rach decided it would be better for both of them to separate.

‘As time progresses, we continue to cherish our friendship, keeping our offspring and grandchild at the heart of our concerns. Moving ahead, we will be guided by love, grace, and consideration.’

Before publicly announcing their separation, they put their Mosman home on the market in February.

In May, they finally managed to sell their Balmoral Slopes house for $13 million. The asking price had been reduced by a significant amount, around $1.75 million.
