Lindsay Lohan and husband Bader Shammas arrive to NY airport with son Luai... after she wrapped Freaky Friday 2 in LA

As an ardent fan who has been following Lindsay Lohan‘s journey since her iconic role in The Parent Trap, I am absolutely thrilled to see her back on the big screen, this time in the much-anticipated sequel to Freaky Friday. It’s like reliving my childhood all over again!

On Monday, Lindsay Lohan, along with her spouse Bader Shammas and their child named Luai, were spotted at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City.

This comes after Lindsay finished filming Freakier Friday in Los Angeles.

As a die-hard admirer, I couldn’t help but notice that the radiant star of The Parent Trap seemed at ease in her casual attire – perhaps she was en route to our shared haven, Abu Dhabi, where she and her beloved partner, Shammas, reside.

Lindsay wore a grey sweatshirt and matching sweatpants and had her red hair pulled into a ponytail.

She walked next to her husband, who had been married for two years, while carrying a black shoulder bag and pushing a sleek silver roller luggage.

Lindsay has been filming the sequel to 2003’s Freaky Friday with Jamie Lee Curtis, 65.

Production wrapped earlier this month and both stars shared Instagram posts to mark the occasion.

Lindsay posted, ‘And that’s a wrap for FREAKIER FRIDAY! A big thank you to the fantastic Cast, Crew, producers, and everyone at @disneystudios who poured so much love and dedication into creating this movie. I can’t wait to unveil it to everyone!’

In my own words, “On the most extraordinary Friday of all, I find myself looking back at working on the sequel. Should I label this day ‘Freakiest Friday’ or perhaps ‘CryDay,’ I wonder?

She mentioned that although we have a few days remaining next week, things are wrapping up. This morning, as I came to work and saw the multitude of people gathering to film the movie in California, I noticed.

I am incredibly thankful for my MOST VALUABLE film daughter, @lindsaylohan. It’s due to her that we were able to bring this movie to life. Without her, it wouldn’t have been possible.

She continued: ‘Off to wig and work. Thanks for all the LOVE!’

Lindsay replied in the comments: ‘So much ❤️ and gratitude for YOU and this WONDERFUL experience and Many future fun times together to come!! ❤️.’

In “Freaky Friday,” the duo Curtis and Lohan return to portray Tess and Anna once again, over twenty years since they swapped bodies in the cherished 2003 movie, which itself was a modern adaptation of the original 1976 film featuring Jodie Foster.

Moving forward, Anna acquires a daughter of her own and is about to become a stepmother. However, it transpires that swapping bodies wasn’t a unique occurrence limited to just one time for the pair.

During the D23 conference by Disney, Curtis referred to the film as a heartfelt tribute dedicated to mothers and their daughters while conversing with People magazine.

Lohan remarked, “It’s heartwarming to witness three generations here. The way Anna seeks guidance from Tess is lovely. Yet, even Tess seems eager to offer her advice.
