As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement as I read about the imminent arrival of Tsukishiro Yanagi in Zenless Zone Zero! Having played through every miHoYo release since their debut, I can confidently say that the anticipation for each new character is always palpable, and Yanagi is no exception.

The Chief Deputy of Section 6 is coming to New Eridu!

MiHoYo has formally unveiled Tsukishiro Yanagi, the subsequent character set to debut in their roster of upcoming ZZZ Agents. It is anticipated that Yanagi will make her appearance in New Eridu following the launch of Caesar King and Burnice White, the two Sons of Calydon members. Therefore, what is Yanagi’s estimated release date within ZZZ, and what notable details have been disclosed about her thus far?

ZZZ Yanagi: Release date and version

It’s expected that Yanagi will debut in Zenless Zone Zero around early November 2024, coinciding with the release of version 1.3 update.

At the moment, we’re preparing for a new update, Version 1.2, which is scheduled to be released on September 25th. This release will introduce Caesar King. Later in the update, around October 16th, you can expect Burnice White, her opposing faction counterpart, along with her unique symbol (banner).

As a dedicated fan, I’m eagerly anticipating the arrival of Yanagi on November 6th, which seems to be in line with miHoYo’s typical update cycle as part of version 1.3. It’s exciting to speculate that we might soon get an Agent Record for the next 1.3 character, and if rumors are true, this could be none other than the fan-favorite Hoshimi Miyabi! ZZZ Yanagi: Character profile

Yanagi, known as an Electric Anomaly Agent, is rumored to hold an S-Rank status. Originating from Hollow Special Operations Section 6, often abbreviated as Section 6, she serves as the Deputy Chief within this unit. Soon, she will team up with Soukaku, the sole playable member of Section 6, in Zenless Zone Zero.

Initially, Yanagi made an appearance in Zenless Zone Zero within the ZZZ Official Launch Trailer. Later on, she was spotted in one of the early scenes from the game, engaging in conversation with her fellow faction members Soukaku and Harumasa.
