Earlier this month, he was seen in Los Angeles, and his unkempt look raised concerns among his co-stars, as reported by an insider to In Touch Weekly following their viewing of the pictures of him acquired by TMZ.

The source made it clear that no one is criticizing Matt’s physique or implying he’s living an improper life. This situation is about something else entirely.

It’s troubling, indeed, for Jen (Aniston) and the rest of the Central Perk gang, as he’s become quite secluded lately, and contacts are few and far between, with only occasional communication every month or so, according to the source.

‘He’s been in touch since the tragic passing of Matthew Perry,’ the insider said.

However, beyond that point, he seems content with solitude, showing little inclination towards social interaction. This is the perspective provided by our source.

‘That’s just plain sad for everyone to see,’ the source adds. 

Regarding LeBlanc, the source commented: “He was always so cheerful and full of life, but now it seems like he lacks self-confidence around them.

The source stated: ‘It’s evident that his self-confidence has suffered, and just by observing him, it’s clear he hasn’t been taking care of his physical health either.’

However, the source reassured that LeBlanc still has his friends’ unwavering support.

According to a source, Jen, Courteney, Lisa, and David are hoping to bring him back into the group and make him happy once more, the insider shared.

‘The recent tragedy has taught them all how short and precious life truly is.’ 

This comes as the anniversary of Perry’s passing approaches. 

The Emmy-nominated star died at the age of 54 on October 28, 2023. 

Following the discovery of Perry’s unresponsiveness at his Los Angeles residence, LeBlanc became the initial Friends cast member to express a personal tribute honoring his fellow actor.

On November 14, 2023, he penned: ‘Dear Matthew, saying goodbye isn’t easy. The moments we shared are among the most cherished of my life.’ Accompanying this message were snapshots from their sitcom scenes.

He expressed it as a privilege to perform alongside you and consider you a friend, he penned down. You’ll forever bring a smile to my face whenever I remember you, and I’ll never forget you – that’s a promise.

LeBlanc penned: ‘Spread your wings and fly brother you’re finally free. Much love.’ 

He concluded his tribute with one last joke between him and his close friend. ‘And I guess you’re keeping the 20 bucks you owe me.’
