Netflix releases trailer for Yellowstone star’s new horror

As a seasoned gamer and horror movie enthusiast with a penchant for edge-of-my-seat suspense and nail-biting thrills, the trailer for Kelsey Asbille’s Netflix horror “Don’t Move” has piqued my interest like no other. The tantalizing hints of isolation, paralysis, and a race against time to save oneself have me reminiscing about those sleepless nights playing Silent Hill or Outlast – games that left me questioning my sanity long after the controller had been tossed aside in sheer terror.

The bone-chilling initial teaser for Kelsey Asbille’s Netflix horror film, titled “Don’t Move”, has officially dropped.

The latest film revolves around a female protagonist seeking peace in a remote woodland, only to cross paths with an enigmatic individual who administers a substance that leaves her immobilized.

The trailer starts with Asbille’s character appearing on the grass struggling to breathe, her voice asking: “What did you do to me?”

Next, a series of footage unfolds accompanied by an off-screen narrator who informs her that she only has approximately 20 minutes until full paralysis sets in. He then proceeds to describe in a chilling manner how the unknown man’s actions will progressively affect her body during this timeframe.

Later on, the woman meets a policeman, and in a hushed voice, pleads for help: “Assist me,” while the audience catches glimpses of other celebrities like Finn Wittrock, along with some unsettling visuals.

The movie’s synopsis confirms that “as the agent gradually takes over her body, she must run, hide, and fight for her life before her entire nervous system shuts down”.

The film titled “Don’t Move” is helmed by directors Adam Schindler and Brian Netto, with renowned horror filmmaker and former director of “Spider-Man,” Sam Raimi, serving as a producer.

In addition to the main characters, Daniel Francis and Moray Treadwell are featured, and the film is penned by TJ Cimfel and David White.

Last year, the announcement of the movie brought great excitement for both Schindler and Netto, who expressed their enthusiasm by stating, “We can’t contain our excitement to create this heart-pounding film, working alongside talented individuals like Kelsey and Finn.

In addition to our current endeavors, we’ll also collaborate with the elite crews from Raimi, Capstone, and Hammerstone – industry leaders in their respective genres. Needless to say, we can hardly contain our enthusiasm for this upcoming collaboration!

Don’t Move is released on Netflix on October 25.
