Now, the Demmrich duo, Kyal and Kara, aged 36, have disclosed how they utilized their substantial winnings.

The affectionate couple from the Central Coast, famously known as ‘Super K’, swiftly received $567,250 and spent it right away.
On the day when the funds arrived in our account, we went ahead and purchased a new property, marking another venture for us. Since then, we’ve continued moving forward with this momentum, Kara shared with Nine.
Passion is important, but when it comes to investing in real estate, having financial resources is crucial. In other words, if your goal is to buy and sell properties, then having cash at your disposal is vital.
Kyal said that since appearing on the show, the couple have started their own renovation business.

Since their appearance on The Block in 2014, carpenters Kyal and interior designers Kara have consistently transformed nearly 40 homes through their home renovation projects.
On The Block, the duo consistently outperformed their competitors and enjoyed considerable triumph during their tenure.
And though they were tipped to win Kyal and Kara came third behind Steve and Chantelle and Alisa and Lysandra.
Even after a decade of marital bliss, we, their dedicated fans, couldn’t tear our eyes away as they persisted in their house flipping endeavors, occasionally gracing us with their presence on television.
They live with their two children – Ziya and Vada – in a stunning property in Bateau Bay called the Blue Lagoon House, just 3km from Toowoon Bay.
In the earlier part of this year, I found myself making waves when I decided to list my high-end penthouse at a staggering price point of $5 million.
On the final day of June, these two expansive estates along the Central Coast of New South Wales will be offered for sale at simultaneous auctions.
The duplexes situated on the popular vacation stretch of Long Jetty, approximately 105 kilometers north of Sydney, have been individually priced at around $2.5 million as a guideline.
