Jackass star Bam Margera back in prison after arrest over DUI that violated his parole

The apprehension, managed by the Pennsylvania State Police, violated conditions he had accepted when entering probation in June after admitting guilt for an April 2023 event concerning his brother at the family residence in Pocopson, Pennsylvania.
On Wednesday, Margera was apprehended following a conversation with authorities who found that he had breached his parole at the Justice Center and Pretrial Services office, which houses the county’s probation department.
In relation to his guilty plea on two disorderly conduct charges, the court mandated that Bubba Margera should serve a six-month period of probation under their watchful eye.
According to the agreement of his plea deal, Margera was required to consent to periodic drug screenings and seek treatment for his mental wellness issues.
Additionally, Margera has been scheduled for an initial court appearance regarding the DUI and careless driving allegations against him.

At a hearing held in July 2023, Jess Margera, the older brother of MTV personality Steve-O (real name Steve Margera), stated that Steve’s behavior during an incident on April 23, 2023 was both alarming and unstable. During this incident, he admitted that Steve repeatedly hit him and threatened his girlfriend, as well as their parents, Phillip and Jess Margera.
