Gemma Collins, 44, shows off her weight loss in a leopard print swimsuit as she hits the beach with fiancé Rami Hawash – after losing 3st and dropping from a size 26 to a size 20

Gemma Collins shared a photo on Instagram Monday, showcasing her weight loss in a stylish leopard-print swimsuit.

The 44-year-old former TOWIE star shared a glamorous photo on social media of herself cuddling with her fiancé, Rami Hawash.

The actress sweetly showed her affection for her future husband by sharing a message in Arabic. The phrase, which means ‘Life blooms with love,’ accompanied her post.

Shortly before posting a photo of herself in a swimsuit, she shared a collection of pictures showing her and her partner happy together over the years.

She wrote a sweet caption saying: ‘Happy Sunday! It’s amazing how long we’ve been together. It’s funny how love always finds its way back, no matter how much time passes.’

Gemma has been sharing her weight loss progress with her Instagram followers. She went from a size 26 to a size 20 and said she achieved this in just three months using Mounjaro injections.

Gemma recently told the Daily Mail she’s been taking very small doses of Mounjaro, a weight loss medication, because she was worried about side effects. She experienced severe pain and believes it led to a gallbladder attack in August, causing her to collapse.

Gemma Collins has lost weight – dropping from a size 26 to a size 20 and losing 3.5 stone – since starting a weight loss injection. She recently shared that she’s resumed using the injection after a short pause.

Gemma explained to The Mirror that she paused her Mounjaro injections temporarily after experiencing a gallbladder attack in August. However, doctors have told her the two issues aren’t connected.

I’ve been taking it easy and watching my diet. I’m considering trying microdosing because it seems to avoid the stronger side effects associated with larger doses.

Gemma gradually increased her medication from an initial dose of 2.5mg, up to a maximum of 15mg per week, following medical instructions.

Gemma and Rami are taking a holiday following their exciting news: they’re expecting a baby and plan to get married in 2026. Gemma has previously spoken about her struggles with getting pregnant, and she recently shared the happy announcement and their New Year’s Eve celebrations in a social media post.

Gemma, the stepmother to her fiancé Rami’s seven-year-old son Tristan, looked stunning as she and Rami attended a gathering with friends like DJ Fat Tony at the luxurious Ned hotel in London.

She shared some photos and announced some exciting news: she’s getting married this year and is also expecting a baby! She captioned the photos about having a wonderful New Year’s Eve with friends, and mentioned it was her last glass of champagne for a while because she has a wedding to plan.

We had an incredible night at The Ned London! Everything was fantastic – the atmosphere, the entertainment, and especially the staff, who were all top-notch. The decorations were beautiful, and there was something new happening all night. You definitely should book for next year’s event!

Gemma and Rami have been engaged since 2024, and Gemma has openly discussed her desire to become a mother. She’s previously revealed she experienced multiple miscarriages and was once told to end a pregnancy involving a baby with ambiguous genitalia.

The TV star recently shared that she and her fiancé, Rami, were exploring surrogacy after having difficulty getting pregnant. She also mentioned she’d thought about fostering, inspired by her own mother’s experience as a fostered child.

She has low levels of AMH, indicating a reduced egg supply. She also has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a condition that impacts her ovaries.

Oh my gosh, you guys, Gemma and Rami just told us – three weddings! Can you believe it? They’re planning three different celebrations for when they finally get married. I’m already saving up for travel, seriously! It’s going to be epic, and I need to be there for all of them!

She described her wedding plans, which include a large ceremony in the UK, another celebration overseas, and a smaller, more intimate event for close family and friends.

Being the ultimate Gretchen Campbell devotee that I am, I wasn’t surprised at all when she hinted that, naturally, multiple celebrations would require multiple wedding dresses! It’s so her – extra, fabulous, and exactly what you’d expect.

Gemma has been open about past fertility struggles and has previously suffered three miscarriages.

She experienced a deeply painful loss in 2012, and bravely shared her story publicly in 2020, eight years after the event.

The reality star unexpectedly gave birth at home and tragically, her baby passed away in her arms. She hadn’t known she was pregnant.
