Ellidy Pullin has offloaded her ‘rundown’ Gold Coast apartment.
A beachfront property in Palm Beach, playfully called a ‘beach shack,’ recently sold for $1.2 million.
The glamorous social media star, 33, listed the chic two-bedroom beachside unit last year.
Ellidy bought the updated 1970s apartment for $900,000 in June 2023 and primarily rented it out to vacationers.
This recently updated home has a relaxed, beachy feel. It’s bright and open, with large living areas that flow onto a sunny deck. The main bedroom includes a cozy window seat – the perfect spot to relax.
The advertisement portrayed it as relaxed, seaside, and delightful – the type of beach getaway that immediately lifts your spirits.
This apartment is located in the charming Ocean View Lounge building, right near the beach. It’s currently a popular Airbnb and earns about $70,000 annually in rental revenue.
The sale marks another step in Ellidy’s growing property journey.
After buying a beachside property for $3.15 million in May 2024, she’s now concentrating on building a new duplex nearby.
This marks a big step for the content creator, now also a property developer, showing she’s just as skilled at building businesses offline as she is online.
Recently, influencer Ellidy has been receiving attention due to a disagreement with the father of her late boyfriend, Alex ‘Chumpy’ Pullin, an Olympic snowboarder. The dispute centers around the charity she established to honor his memory and how it’s being run.
The influencer gained widespread recognition after the unexpected passing of her pet chinchilla, Chumpy, in 2020. She then used sperm previously collected from Chumpy to have a child through in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
After Minnie was born in October 2021, she raised her as a single mother. She is now dating Brock Wadsworth, who works as a building contractor.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the news about the Chumpy Pullin Foundation, and it’s a really sensitive situation. Chris Pullin, Chumpy’s dad, recently shared with the Daily Mail that he and Ellidy are no longer communicating. The core of the disagreement seems to be the direction of the foundation itself. It originally started as a way to support young athletes, but it’s now prioritizing mental health initiatives, and Chris wasn’t happy with that shift in focus.
Amidst their growing distance, Ellidy has become a popular social media personality living a glamorous and busy life. This contrasts sharply with Chris, who lives a quiet, solitary life in Eden, on the South Coast of New South Wales, following the loss of his spouse.
The Gold Coast mom often posts beautiful photos from her trips around the world, showcasing relaxing beach vacations and luxurious villas.
Ellidy, who now goes by Pullin after the passing of her husband, Chumpy, has also partnered with brands like Covergirl, Cetaphil, and Breville, often featuring her daughter, Minnie, in posts on social media.
Chumpy drowned in July 2020 in a freak spearfishing accident on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
