On Sunday evening at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, Meryl Streep made an elegant appearance wearing a pink suit while walking the glamorous red carpet at the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards, surrounded by numerous stars.
The 75-year-old actress astonished everyone by wearing a stylish double-breasted jacket paired with equally impressive wide-legged pants that complemented each other perfectly.
In a harmonious ensemble, the actress from Mamma Mia chose a blouse with a tie neck that matched, paired it with a jacket, and accentuated her figure with a pair of silver high heels.

For Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Anthology Series or Movie the nominations were: Jodie Foster for True Detective, Brie Larson in Lessons in Chemistry, Juno Temple in Fargo, Sofia Vergara for Griselda and Naomi Watts for Feud.
2017 saw exceptional performances in the Lead Actor category for Limited or Anthology Series/Movies. Matt Bomer shone in Fellow Travelers, Richard Gadd delivered a remarkable performance in Baby Reindeer, Jon Hamm excelled in Fargo, Tom Hollander was outstanding in Feud, and Andrew Scott’s role in Ripley was equally captivating.
2021’s Exceptional Lead Actresses in Drama Series were: Jennifer Aniston (The Morning Show), Carrie Coon (The Gilded Age), Maya Erskine (Mr. and Mrs. Smith), Ana Sawai (Shogun), Imelda Stanton (The Crown), and Reese Witherspoon (also for The Morning Show).
2022’s Exceptional Lead Actresses in Comedy Series were awarded to Quinta Brunson (Abbott Elementary), Ayo Edebiri (The Bear), Selena Gomez (Only Murders In The Building), Maya Rudolph (Loot), Jean Smart (hacks) and Kristen Wiig (Palm Royale).
The nominees for Outstanding Reality Competition Program went to Amazing Race, RuPaul Drag Race, Top Chef, The Traitors and The Voice.
This year’s ceremony will take place less than a year after the 75th edition of the show.
The event was postponed from its original scheduled date in September 2023, to January, due to writer and actor strikes.
Jesse Collins, a multiple Emmy Award winner, alongside Dionne Harmon, another Emmy Award recipient, and Jeannae Rouzan-Clay, who has been Emmy-nominated, will once again serve as executive producers for the upcoming 76th Emmy Awards, under the banner of Jesse Collins Entertainment.
This marks their second consecutive year as producers of television’s biggest night.
The 2024 Emmys ceremony airs live on Sunday, Sept. 15, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
It will also be available to stream the next day on Hulu.
