MAFS’ Jessika Powers confirms split with British DJ Brent Anthon as she admits she ‘wasn’t happy’ in the relationship: ‘I hid my embarrassment’

Jessika Power has quietly confirmed her split with British DJ Brent Anthony.
The serial reality star, 31, made the confession in the comments of her recent Instagram post.
A fan wrote under an image of the blonde in skimpy pink underwear: ‘I’m sad you and Brent broke up, you looked so happy with him’.
Jessika personally responded, saying, ‘I truly didn’t show it, but I concealed a great deal of my feelings and embarrassment online.’
The former Married At First Sight star had hinted that the romance was over just days prior.
She shared with her followers that her cherished Dachshund, Sushi, is currently residing with her former partner in France.
The Australian MAFS star mentioned during an Instagram Q&A that they had to suddenly depart, and so Sushi was left with their ex.
One of Jessika’s 344,000 followers had asked who is looking after her dog now.
‘I’m trying to get [Sushi] on a flight ASAP from France to the UK,’ she wrote.

Since becoming well-known on MAFS Australia in 2019, Jessika has made appearances on numerous international reality TV series.
Last year, she announced her intention to relocate back to Australia, following the end of her two-year romance with another British DJ, Connor Thompson, in June 2023.
Last December, I shared with my fans that I was putting some funds aside for a move back to the Gold Coast with Sushi. However, it didn’t take too long before I found myself in a new relationship with Brent, which seems to have altered my initial plans.
Instead, she moved to the French Riviera with Brent.
In May, Jessika posted a heartwarming video showing her strolling with Brent in Nice, with their hands joined, followed by her playfully leaping into his embrace, reminiscent of a reality star.
Observant followers noticed that Brent and Sushi were missing from Jessika’s recent posts for several weeks, sparking curiosity among them. Consequently, they’ve been filling her comment sections with queries about any potential issues between the trio.
Over the weekend, it seemed like Jessika admitted that she and Brent had ended their relationship. Now, he’s taking care of her pet while she’s back in the UK.
One fan inquired, “Aren’t you and Brent no longer an item?” after seeing your glamorous post in pink lingerie on OnlyFans.
Last week, it was Jessika who, known for being the most thriving MAFS Australia alumna on the OnlyFans site, posted the image.
She replied: ‘Brent and I share a great deal of affection towards one another. Sushi will rejoin us in just a couple of months.’
‘I wish I could have watched Brent leave with you as you two were fantastic, that’s what I tried to express in my previous message to you,” the fan wrote to Jessika again.
After a short while, Brent posted numerous videos showing him snuggled with Sushi on his sofa, engaged in gaming sessions together.
Jessika responded, ‘I’m so excited I can barely contain myself,’ without specifying if she was looking forward to seeing Sushi again in the UK or perhaps reviving her relationship with the DJ in Australia.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, the star from Married At First Sight had to unexpectedly go back to the Gold Coast in August for her father’s heartfelt funeral.
Jessika captured footage of herself traveling in a dark hearse-like vehicle, seemingly situated in Queensland, while a band of motorcyclists trailed after her.
She also shared a quick look inside the wake, which appeared to be held in rustic pub.
The former TV bride, who has dyed her hair back to blonde after being a redhead for a time, captioned the clips with the words ‘Love you dad’.
In July, Jessika made known the unexpected news about the demise of her father, the ex-professional boxer Troy Power, by expressing her sorrow over his passing.
Additionally, she shared an update on her mental health through social media after facing online harassment while soliciting donations for her father’s funeral expenses.
She started by saying that she’s receiving messages checking on her well-being, and she’s grateful for those inquiries. Currently, she’s residing at her old family home, her father’s house. This experience has been challenging yet comforting for her.
‘We grew up here and are surrounded by his things, which is helping.’
After discussing it, Jessika shared that the continuous news about her dad’s funeral was impacting her psychological well-being negatively, so she chose to keep the specifics of the funeral service confidential.
‘I know I’m a public figure, but I need this to be private,’ she said.
‘I won’t disclose any details about the event such as its location or date, because my mind isn’t in the best state right now. Funerals may be sad, but they do serve to reunite families.’
