Lala Kent’s disgraced film producer ex Randall Emmett sells LA home for $4.35 MILLION – after slashing price by nearly $2 million

The news broke only a few days following the birth of her second child, delivered by a sperm donor, which was announced by none other than Lala Kent, popularly known from Vanderpump Rules.
53-year-old Emmett resided in a spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom house together with his 34-year-old former reality TV star partner, who is the mother of their three-year-old child named Ocean Kent Emmett.
The long home sale saga began when the Irishman producer first listed his home in 2022.
At the time, he was asking for $6.2 million for the property.
After not finding a suitable buyer, Emmett reduced the price from its original amount to $4,995,000. In the end, he accepted an offer that was lower than this revised figure.
Instead of typical practice in Hollywood, where celebrities often pass on expensive properties to fellow industry figures, it appears that Emmett has chosen a different route this time by selling the house to a former business tycoon who is now retired.
Emmett bought the property back in 2017, two years after he met his future fiancée Lala.
In the winter of 2017, I officially parted ways with my former wife, Ambyr Childers. The following year, I found myself embarking on a new journey, one that led me to Lala and eventually, we became engaged. Fast forward to March 2021, and our hearts were filled with joy as we welcomed our precious child into our lives.
Instead, They broke off their engagement in October 2021, marking the end of a three-year relationship. Later on, Kent alleged that Emmett had been unfaithful multiple times.
In the summer of 2022, his career suffered significantly as numerous women alleged that he had proposed movie roles to them in return for intimate acts, based on an investigation by The Los Angeles Times.
The recently purchased property boasts a spacious 4,276 square feet and features a stunning outdoor space.
