As a long-time fan of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, I must say, this virtual tour through Kim Kardashian’s former abode is like stepping into a time capsule of their reality TV empire. The images evoke memories of their iconic show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which was a significant part of my own youth.

According to Daily Mail reports, the former residence of Kim Kardashian in Beverly Hills, California was recently purchased for a price tag of $5.12 million.

The Tuscan-style house in the upscale Southern California neighborhood, previously owned by Marco Salari of Watson Salari Group, was once home to a reality star who spent her brief 2011 marriage to retired NBA player Kris Humphries there.

In the following years, Kim Kardashian initiated a divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries, whom she had married just 72 days prior.

In 2010, the Kardashians first bought their mansion at a price of $3.4 million, as per property records seen by the New York Post. Later, they sold it in 2012 for $3.6 million.

The home recently had been placed back on the market for $5.09 million, the outlet reported. It had previously been listed for $5.5 million seven years ago.

On September 6, a Redfin listing revealed that the sold house boasts five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, spanning an area of approximately 3,878 square feet.

I’m referring to the charming family home constructed back in 1977 and later tastefully updated in 1995. As per the property listing, this delightful abode sprawls comfortably over approximately 0.64 acres.

The listing mentions that the house comes equipped with two garage bays and includes an in-unit laundry area complete with a washer and dryer.

The property is found nestled within a scenic canyon region, as per the advertisement, enclosed by a secure gated neighborhood boasting well-maintained greenery and landscaping.

The home is situated in a cul-de-sac, the Post reported.

The entryway of the home is situated by a staircase and has a chandelier overhead.

The center hall of the home has a two-story entry foyer, the Redfin listing stated.

The home’s living and dining rooms have French glass doors toward the exterior.

The kitchen of a chef is equipped with cutting-edge tools boasting integrated functions, along with a large window on the outer wall that offers a view from within the house.

The listing mentions that the mansion boasts a central fireplace which can be enjoyed from both the kitchen area and the living/dining room, where breakfasts are usually taken.

It is also situated near a theater area in the abode.

The home’s second level includes a master bedroom including a lounge area with a fireplace.

As per the listing, there are two spacious walk-through wardrobes, and a bathroom boasting a generously sized bathtub on an exquisite Italian tile floor.

It includes a beauty room with salon-caliber amenities, adjacent to the master bedroom.

On the upper floor, you’ll find three extra bedrooms as mentioned, along with a cozy sitting area equipped with a fireplace and a barbeque grill, according to the listing.

The backyard of the house features a swimming pool space, equipped with a hot tub (spa) and water feature (fountain). There’s also an open spot for soaking up the sun (sunbathing area), while the extended part comes complete with a gazebo and cabana.

The part of the home features multiple TV sets, a bathroom and fire pit.

The outdoor area also includes a waterfall, the Post reported.

Since the Kardashian moved out of the property 13 years ago, the current owners have chosen to retain some of her furniture and interior design elements that were present when she lived there, according to a report in The Post.

According to a recent report from The Post, the property owned by Jocelyn Chua Buen was just sold – complete with all its furnishings.

The home also had been featured on the family’s former E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Her residence was highlighted during the first episode of the fifth season, known as “Kim’s House Party”, which originally broadcasted in August 2010.
