Slash's stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight's chilling suicide note with warning for first responders is revealed as full autopsy report is released after tragic death at 25

As a devoted fan of Guns N’ Roses and someone who has followed Slash’s journey through thick and thin, this news about Lucy-Bleu Knight hits particularly close to home. It’s heartbreaking to see such a young life cut short, especially under such tragic circumstances.

The autopsy report on the death of Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash’s stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight has finally been released in full.

Knight was found unresponsive on July 19 and was pronounced dead the same day at 3 p.m. local time.

The report, acquired by DailyMail.com, came out following the Los Angeles County’s medical examiner’s announcement, made in a statement towards the end of last month, stating that Knight’s cause of death was hydrogen sulfide toxicity, and his manner of death was classified as a ‘suicide.’

The comprehensive postmortem report offers additional insights into Knight’s state, also disclosing a troubling message she wrote as a caution for emergency personnel.

The report states that she stayed at a temporary lodging property, and her remains were discovered following a period where the property owner, who had leased other accommodations to her previously, did not receive any reply after attempting to contact her via messages.
