As a long-time fan of the dynamic duo, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, I find myself utterly enraged at the sheer audacity of these online trolls. These so-called “women” who dare to mom-shame Heidi, a woman living her dreams and expressing herself through music, are nothing short of pathetic.

Spencer Pratt has spoken out against internet bullies who criticize his wife Heidi Montag for her provocative music endeavors, labeling them as mom-shamers.

38-year-old Heidi will be releasing her upcoming single titled “5G” on the 13th of September, but she’s been facing criticism from internet bullies who advise her to focus on being a mother rather than pursuing her career as a pop artist.

Tired of the criticism, Spencer decided to address it publicly on Instagram and TikTok, specifically targeting the majority of his wife’s critics, who happen to be middle-aged women.

He remarked, “The number of women criticizing my wife’s new song 5G, due for release on September 13th, is absolutely extraordinary.

Here, they settle on my page or my wife’s, and they lash out at her with harsh remarks,” he explained further, noting that many of the women criticizing Heidi appeared to be fellow mothers.

He then boasted that Heidi has over 1.1million monthly listeners on Spotify.

He mentioned that the demographic group for whom Heidi creates music, as well as her genuine fans, aren’t of the same age as those making negative comments.

It seems reasonable that you might not appreciate the music as it appears to be more suited to a younger audience, given that Heidi is creating music primarily for her youthful fans.

Following her music comeback in June with the release of “Wet Hot Summer”, Heidi faced numerous online criticisms and suggestions for her to conceal herself due to being a committed Christian and a parent.

In response to the criticism faced by DailyMail.com, Heidi expressed her thoughts, saying, ‘I believed our society had moved past such a stage where it’s so harshly critical and shaming towards mothers and women for multitasking or being more than just one thing.’

She added, ‘I’m merely emulating remarkable women such as Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, and Katy Perry, who demonstrate that it’s possible to be both a mother and exude sexiness.’

As a committed advocate for equality, I can’t help but notice an intriguing discrepancy in societal perceptions. Women, upon becoming mothers, often find themselves exclusively identified by this role, while men are rarely defined by fatherhood in the same way. For instance, Chris Hemsworth and Jason Momoa are continually applauded for their physiques, yet it seems there’s a certain taboo surrounding a mother choosing to wear a bikini. This double standard is something I find particularly puzzling and worth addressing.

Over the years, the television personality acknowledged experiencing a disproportionate amount of scrutiny compared to others, particularly concerning her physical appearance.

In her own words, Heidi expressed that throughout her life, others have often felt free to speak their minds about her without facing consequences, perhaps due to the numerous cosmetic surgeries she had on one day.

The harsh remarks made about my surgeries in the past would lead to cancellation today, such is their extreme insensitivity.

Instead of constantly questioning why I’m often criticized, I’ve chosen to concentrate on the good aspects and the overwhelming support I receive from my followers. In essence, there’s little reason for me to give attention to the negativity.

Heidi and husband Spencer share sons Gunner, 6, and Ryker, 19 months, together.
