Tammy Hembrow shows off the results of her breast implant surgery as she goes on power walk to Burleigh Heads joined by ex Matt Poole

With her third engagement just months away from her wedding with Matt Zukowski, one can’t help but marvel at the pace at which she navigates through relationships.
Tammy Hembrow updated her chest recently and she has been showing off the results of her surgery.
The fitness influencer headed out on a Tammy Fit morning walk from Miami to Burleigh Heads, Queensland with her clothing brand, Saski.
She confidently displayed her physique, wearing a black cropped top featuring delicate white straps reminiscent of spaghetti, which accentuated her ample bust.
Tammy added a pair of skintight leggings with flared bottoms along with a pair of stacked white sneakers.
She opted for a natural makeup look with a hint of peachy eye shadow and a dark pink lipstick.
She pushed her golden locks away from her face, opting for just a pair of elegant gold earrings and a delicate chain as her accessories.
Tammy had on a retro pair of sunglasses and and treated herself to an iced coffee after the walk.
She was busy chatting on a pink phone after her workout, and looked happy and relaxed.
Later on, Tammy was accompanied by her ex-fiance Matt Poole and their toddler child, Posy, whom she carried on her lap.
Additionally, Matt hugged his daughter affectionately and planted a few kisses on her, as his new companion, Elise, assisted with the childcare responsibilities.
The celebrity is healing following a surgical operation on her breast implants, which was done to correct the separation that occurred due to her chest workouts.
The revising operation entails swapping out the previous breast implants for new ones, addressing complications stemming from surgical issues or normal bodily alterations.
At the beginning of the month, Tammy disclosed that she’d had a breast implant revision surgery, sharing updates about her healing process.
At the end of July, she had a procedure that turned out to be the removal and replacement of her eight-year-old breast implants, which she later confirmed.
In a video, Tammy explained she decided to get them replaced because she felt ‘insecure’ with how they looked after they moved due to her gym exercises.
She said, “For some time now, I’ve had a small feeling of unease, similar to when people sit there without following my expectations.”
Later, the watchdog account “Influencer Updates AU” asserted that she opted for a larger size implant during her surgery to prevent needing a lift procedure, which would have resulted in additional scarring.
‘She got [the surgery] done at One Cosmetic in Sydney. She currently has lots of swelling and bloating from the anaesthetic.’
Her operation is scheduled for a few months before her wedding, which will take place in November when she plans to marry her partner, Matt Zukowski.
After getting engaged in December, the pair promptly began organizing their wedding only a few weeks later, having dated for three months prior.
Although there were worries about them hurrying their wedding, the pair had shared with Daily Mail Australia earlier this year that they were genuinely content as a couple.
‘So good. Very happy. Couldn’t be more happy,’ they said of their shock engagement.
Matt mentioned that they are currently engaged in organizing a wedding, but he finds it quite manageable as his main responsibility is mainly to be present during the planning process.
Previously, Tammy was betrothed not once but twice; her first marriage being to social media personality, Reece Hawkins. Together they have a son named Wolf and a daughter called Saskia.
In November of 2021, the well-known fitness expert got engaged to restaurant owner Matt Poole, who was once an Ironman competitor. However, they parted ways in December of 2022, and they have a two-year-old daughter named Posy, whose birthday is in June.
