Maren Morris has a new younger 'boyfriend'... two months after coming out as bisexual

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Maren Morris’s journey is truly inspiring. She has shown remarkable resilience and adaptability, navigating through personal challenges while maintaining her professional prowess and prioritizing her son’s well-being. Her ability to find love again after a high-profile marriage and coming out as bisexual speaks volumes about her open-mindedness and courage.

Maren Morris has a new much-younger boyfriend.

It was reported on Monday that the artist from the Middle, whose name isn’t specified, is rumored to be in a relationship with Justin Assada, who is known for his role in Perfect Match and is 27 years old.

On August 28 he shared a photo with Morris as they appeared to be on a date.

‘Scary movies + Sushi,’ Assada captioned the Insta Story.

34-year-old singer publicly identified as bisexual in June, following which she separated from her husband Ryan Hurd in October 2023.

Back in early August, she shared with People magazine that her four-year-old son Hayes provided emotional comfort to her throughout the process of her divorce.

She shared with the media that her preschooler has been an incredible support, helping her get through many tough times this year, by providing her with love when she needed it most.

The caring mother mentioned, ‘I think he might not realize it, but either way, I strive to be a great mother for him.’

Sharing the journey across the country during her RSVP Redux tour has further solidified their relationship, giving them a sense of being “accomplices” or “co-conspirators.”

She adores traveling, particularly with Hayes this summer, which has been an absolute blast. It seems like we’re accomplices of some sort, and it feels like our bus trip will never end, she enthused.

The “Chasing After You” singer expressed, “It brings me such joy when he’s outside, and I’m even more delighted because he adores being here so much.”

Originating from Arlington, Texas, this individual openly discussed the emotional journey that Hayes (whose face is kept private for safety reasons) is experiencing during this divorce at his current stage in life.

“She confessed that having a child with someone, and then the relationship not working out, can stir up numerous feelings. She shared that it becomes necessary to present a strong and steady front for the sake of the child.”

She remarks, “He seems to have faced quite a bit, and undoubtedly, there’s a lot of bewilderment due to his young age. However, I believe Ryan and I have been exceptional parents in the process.”

After winning a Grammy, she revealed that her son had served as her inspiration for creating her most recent tunes, acting as a source of creative motivation for her.

She shared that her popular song “Because, Of Course” is a heartfelt tribute to young Hayes, as she penned it specifically about him.

She assured him, “It’s clear that my commitment to him is unwavering: Every form of love, particularly a mother’s, ought to be selfless. While the tune might seem romantic to some, I penned it with a broader perspective. It’s not about romantic love; it’s simply an ode to love in general.”

In 2018, Ryan Hurd, known for his song “Chasing After You,” tied the knot with Maren. However, they decided to part ways in October 2023, and their divorce was finalized in late January of this year.

They welcomed Hayes on March 23, 2020 and share joint custody of him following the split.

Maren publicly identified as bisexual on Instagram around early June, stating, “Proud to represent the ‘B’ in LGBTQ+, happy pride!” [This version tries to keep the original structure and spirit while making it more conversational.]
