I performed some songs that initially felt right because they expressed strong, even negative, emotions, but I realized they weren’t beneficial for me to continue with over time.

She explained the concept behind her album, calling it a ‘divorce album.’ She shared the songs with her friends for feedback, saying she valued their opinions as true music fans. She simply asked, ‘What do you guys think?’ and trusted their judgment.

Someone commented that the album felt like it was about divorce. But most people disagreed, saying it sounded more like a journey of personal growth and rediscovery, and didn’t necessarily convey a sense of separation.
