In 1996, that’s when the pair initially crossed paths, a full two years before she embarked on her career-defining journey playing a character in the popular TV show “The King of Queens,” starring opposite Kevin James.
In 2003, they held their Scientology-themed wedding in Las Vegas. A full ten years later, they and Leah Remini’s mom parted ways with the Church of Scientology.
That same year, In Touch magazine reported that Remini had bought a mansion in Studio City, Los Angeles, for around $3.75 million.
In 2023, Remini initially attempted to put the property up for sale, just as her and Pagan’s daughter, Sofia (aged 20), embarked on her college journey. The property was listed with a price tag of $12,499,000.
Despite multiple attempts to sell it, she lowered the price by two adjustments during the year 2023, yet managed to struggle with finding a purchaser for her home.
After a while, she managed to offload her 1.5-acre property valued at $9,300,000 on July 1 of this year. This sale took place merely weeks prior to the public announcement of her and Pagan’s separation, as reported by The Blast.
Currently, both Pagan and George Marshall co-own the vibrant brunch spot known as Vivian’s Millennium Cafe in Studio City.
Back in 1963, Vivian and Walter established Vivian’s Cafe. In 1999, the business was taken over by a new pair, Pagan and Marshall, who gave it the additional title of ‘Millennium’.
Studio City is recognized as a haven for Hollywood industry workers, and during Pagan and Marshall’s management, the restaurant became their favorite hangout spot.
Regarding Remini’s earnings from acting, it remains undisclosed how much she receives in royalties from the re-broadcasts of her hit series, The King of Queens, which spanned over nine seasons.
Prior to the eighth season, Remini managed to secure a salary increase that brought it up to nearly equal James’ earnings, which were over $400,000 per episode, as reported by Variety. In simpler terms, she negotiated to earn roughly the same amount as James for each episode they both appeared in.
After the show concluded in 2007, Leah Remini has made appearances in several films, one of which is the comedy “Second Act,” where she shares the screen with her good friend, Jennifer Lopez.

In simpler terms, they explained that over time, we both evolved, much like people often do, and found ourselves playing parts that no longer suited us appropriately.
