As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for Japanese RPGs and a penchant for immersive worlds, I can hardly contain my excitement over Atlus’ upcoming masterpiece, Metaphor: ReFantazio. The 19-minute gameplay showcase has left me absolutely spellbound, with its stunning visuals, intricate narratives, and the sheer audacity of a game that dares to take us on a journey through a worm’s belly!

Atlus has unveiled a 19-minute video demonstration of their upcoming role-playing game, Metaphor: ReFantazio. This showcase offers insights into the intriguing universe created by the developers behind Persona 3, 4, and 5, which is characterized as stunningly beautiful, peculiar, and distinctively unique.

Under the guidance of Studio Zero director Katsura Hashino, recently unveiled clips provide an exclusive exploration of various unexplored locations within the game, including quaint towns, isolated islands, intricate mazes, and even the insides of a giant worm. In addition to introducing a new ally named Eupha, Hashino has given us a sneak peek of upcoming reveals before the game’s launch in October. These exciting revelations will be unveiled during another ‘Atlus Exclusive’ stream later this year.
