I find it truly fascinating to delve into the lives and careers of these talented individuals who graced our screens with their exceptional performances in “The Inbetweeners.” Alex Macqueen, who brought Neil’s dad to life, is a versatile artist, having trained as both an actor and a barrister. His role in “The Inbetweeners” was just one of many that showcased his comedic timing and range.

It’s been 16 years since The Inbetweeners was first broadcast on television screens across the UK.

The comedy show, centered around the amusing lives of four British teens, ran for three seasons from 2008 to 2010. After that, it was transformed into two movies, which were released in 2011 and 2014.

The iconic film earned approximately $90 million at the ticket counter, catapulting actors Simon Bird, James Buckley, Joe Thomas, and Blake Harrison into fame.

It has been announced on Wednesday that discussions about bringing back the show are taking place, with one of the leading actors hinting at potential negotiations for a comeback.

40-year-old Joe, who played the character Simon in the popular coming-of-age comedy, announced that all the principal actors are ready to reunite for a reunion, approximately ten years following the last movie’s release.

Since they became popular in the late 2000s, what have we seen the quartet and their backup artists doing lately?

As a reunion seems on the cards – TopMob looks at where the cast of The Inbetweeners are now…

Simon Bird – Will Mackenzie

Simon Bird hails from the town of Guildford, Surrey, where he was born on August 19, 1984. His academic prowess shone through during his school years, leading him to pursue an English degree at Queen’s College, Cambridge University.

Simon became the president at the student-led comedy group Footlights, which is where he eventually crossed paths with his future acting partner, Joe Thomas.

Currently at the age of 40, the actor gained significant recognition by portraying the somewhat nerdy yet likeable character Simon in The Inbetweeners, a role that marked his major breakthrough.

Through his time on the show, the actor has become well-known for crafting iconic catchphrases. Remarkably, he continues to be frequently referred to as ‘bus slang term’ – a nod to his character’s introduction in the series. However, he expresses gratitude, feeling ‘honored’ that his work left such a lasting impact on viewers.

Last year, Simon was questioned by The Guardian about the possibility of reprising his beloved character from the case of the briefcase.

Regarding the speculations about our potential reunion, here’s what I have to say: I’m sorry to disappoint, but it’s a definite no. It wouldn’t live up to the expectations or recreate the magic of the original. Keeping it a cherished memory seems more fitting instead.

Switch to discussing our plans for a third movie on Netflix the following year … Who knows what might happen? To be honest, take everything I’ve shared in this conversation with a grain of salt. It’s mostly fluff, lacking substance or significant information.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d say, “Given the chance to revisit one episode from my favorite show, The Inbetweeners, it would undeniably be the Field Trip episode. If only for another take on those unforgettable moments!”

Enjoying a picturesque spot, savoring fish and chips on the shoreline, while witnessing one of my dearest friends, Joe Thomas, narrowly escaping the chill of hypothermia. Can anything beat that?

Simon is recently stared as David in the Channel 4 comedy series called Everyone Else Burns.

In the throes of my unyielding fandom, I immersed myself in this riveting six-part saga that delved into the intricacies of a deeply religious sect and the internal clashes for power within their faith-based organization.

Besides Simon, other actors featured are Kate O’Flynn, Amy James-Kelly, Kadiff Kirwan, and Harry Connor.

Recently, however, he admitted he doesn’t think The Inbetweeners would be made today.

When speaking with The Telegraph, Simon expressed his belief that the show “The Inbetweeners” probably wouldn’t be approved for broadcast nowadays.

The performer expressed his view that the series may not hold up as well over time, given the portrayal of sexist attitudes and careless remarks that could be considered homophobic among its characters.

He explained it as being a true-to-life depiction of how teens communicate back then. But I’m guessing things have changed since then.

Simon noted that while the show was established during the 2000s, it was actually modeled after a 1990 pilot. As a result, the dialogue in the 2000s didn’t truly mirror how teenagers actually spoke at the time.

He also went on to star as Adam Goodman in the Channel 4 comedy series Friday Night Dinner.

In the year 2023, Bird oversaw the A24 production of the BBC series “Such Brave Girls,” which was praised by The Guardian as the “funniest British comedy of the year without a doubt.”

Currently, he’s wedded to author Lisa Owens. They first crossed paths at Cambridge University during a theatrical performance.

Simon then he proposed during a trip to Paris in 2011.

In my own words, I’d say, “I was privy to the situation back then. Simon secretly planned a trip to Paris with Lisa, giving no hints about a proposal. However, unbeknownst to her, he had meticulously arranged everything.”

‘He bought a ring – sticking to traditions and spending a month’s wages on the sparkler. They went for dinner and he asked her to marry him. Lisa immediately said, ‘Yes’. They are looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together.’

The happy couple then tied the knot in 2012.

Previously, Simon openly admitted his romantic feelings and stated: ‘I had a girlfriend prior to the start of The Inbetweeners, I wasn’t out socializing in search of women.’

The couple shares a son, born in 2016, whom they chose to keep secret until six months afterward when the news was discovered by fans.

It was actually Tom Rosenthal, Simon’s co-star on Friday Night Dinner, who inadvertently revealed that the comedian had become a father by commenting that his friend’s child was ‘simply wonderful.’

Following Tom’s revelation to Heat, Simon playfully quipped that his son seems to have an emerging talent for humor.

‘He is quite judgmental. He’s only six months,’ said the actor.

Joe Thomas – Simon Cooper

Joe Thomas’ life was significantly transformed by The Inbetweeners, and not just professionally. Besides skyrocketing his career with his portrayal of Simon the rebellious teenager, the series also brought him into a lasting relationship with Hannah Tointon, who is 36 years old.

In 2022, the couple – who have been together for over a decade – welcomed their first daughter.

Joe, aged 40, initially dabbled in acting after joining the dramatic society at the University of Cambridge, where he was pursuing a degree in History at Pembroke College. Born in Chelmsford, Essex, served as his starting point.

In an interview with The Tab student newspaper in 2010, Joe shared that during his initial academic term, he dabbled in both music and sports. However, it was only after encountering his writing partner, Jonny Sweet, that he delved into comedy.

Talking about the position that launched his career, he admitted: “Initially, during the first season of ‘The Inbetweeners’, I was simply striving to avoid being terrible and messing things up.”

‘The show’s success can be attributed to its relatability as it portrays everyday teenagers. Unlike many sitcoms that center around specific groups such as office workers, this one feels more like a soap opera or an American teen film. The actors in it seem ordinary, reflecting the majority 90% of people.’

Following the conclusion of the series in 2010, I found myself striking gold on television once more when I was cast as Kingsley Owen in Fresh Meat – a captivating show that delved into the lives of students at Manchester University, sharing screen time with talents like Jack Whitehall, Charlotte Ritchie, Kimberley Nixon, and Zawe Ashton.

In an interview with Radio Times back in 2012, Joe openly acknowledged that he bore a strong resemblance to the ‘serious young man’ character he portrayed on screen.

He added: ‘I was quite similar to Kingsley. I thought it was a cool thing to be good at your work and I really wanted to succeed.’

In addition to Fresh Meat, Joe joined forces with Simon Bird once more in the 2013 comedy titled Chickens. Unfortunately, this series did not continue beyond its initial season.

Apart from that, he has appeared in series like White Gold and the 2022 sci-fi comedy “We Are Not Alone” as well.

In the year 2018, Joe made a comeback on the silver screen, appearing alongside his companion Hannah, in the funny movie titled “The Festival”.

During the promotion of the film, he disclosed on Sunday Brunch the reasons behind the unsuccessful launch of The Inbetweeners in the U.S. version.

He said: ‘They tried to make an American version of The Inbetweeners and it was very hard because they couldn’t really swear very much because it was on network TV.  And then you couldn’t show them drinking and stuff and that’s kind of the whole show.’

Despite keeping their relationship under wraps for the most part, Joe made it public that he was dating Hannah way back in 2010.

He said: ‘I can’t really see how those scenes kindled romance because they were all her being sick into my mouth… but I’m really into that so obviously it was fine!

“Working on set can be quite demanding, which might play a role, but it’s important to note that our real-life bond isn’t built upon the dynamic between Simon and Tara as portrayed in the series.”

Blake Harrison – Neil Sutherland

As the lifestyle connoisseur I am, I’ve dabbled in a myriad of ventures – from breathing new life into classic mysteries like those crafted by Agatha Christie, to mastering the art of baking and competing on shows such as The Great British Bake Off. This all came after my days with The Inbetweeners concluded.

But Blake Harrison will forever be seen as dopey-but-lovable Neil to diehard fans of the show.

Hailing from Peckham and born in July 1985, Blake nurtured a passion for performance from an early age. He was educated at the BRIT School, a unique British institution solely dedicated to the arts, funded by the state.

In an interview with The Mail on Sunday’s You magazine back in 2009, Blake shared that his father had previously served in the military, subsequently transitioned to being a taxi driver, and later drove government officials as part of their transportation service.

Growing up, my family resided in a council-managed housing complex, a place where my older brother and I had everything we needed, or so it appeared. Looking back, the estate didn’t seem particularly harsh at first glance. However, hindsight has granted me a different perspective.

Growing up, he developed a fondness for acting during primary school days, which led his mother to drive him to Saturday drama workshops. At age ten, he earned a minor role in Oliver! at the London Palladium. By fourteen, he secured admission into the Brit School in Croydon, where future stars like Katie Melua and Leona Lewis were among his classmates.

After completing his studies in dance and drama, he subsequently attended the E15 Acting School for a period of three years. Not long after, an opportunity with The Inbetweeners presented itself. Indeed, he considered himself quite fortunate.

Following the conclusion of the series in 2010, Blake embarked on a new journey, appearing in the popular 2018 drama “A Very English Scandal” alongside Hugh Grant, as well as providing voiceovers for the revival of Bob the Builder.

He also played Private Pike in Dad’s Army, Travis Pickford in Agatha and the Truth of Murder and Greg Tullet in The Kindred.

Lately, he shared the screen with Billie Piper in I Hate Suzie Too. Talking to Digital Spy, Blake admitted his initial feeling was a bit of nervousness due to how much he admired the first series and the exceptional acting he saw there. As soon as he began reading the scripts, he felt it was simply too good.

However, though he’s thankful for the opportunities the show brought him, Blake did encourage fans to refrain from repeating certain iconic phrases from the series, such as “c***ge” and labeling others as “bus riders.”

On the “Distraction Pieces” podcast in 2021, with host Scroobius Pip, Harrison expressed regret over the numerous terms that have found their way into the English vocabulary. He urges us all to cease using them.

He said: ‘It’s weird ‘cos you think, well I don’t think I’ve given the world anything great.

‘It’s like the word ‘cl**ge’. Or people shouting ‘bus w****rs’ at people standing at bus stops.

I prefer it if people avoided doing that. It’s not particularly pleasant or commendable to find myself having played a part in it.

He has also more recently starred as ‘Medium’ Dan, in the ITV sitcom Kate & Koji.

As a devoted husband, I am blessed to be wedded to Kerry Ann Lynch, the love of my life whom I frequently post affectionate photos with on Instagram. We reside in the beautiful town of Kent and are proud parents to a delightful daughter and a spirited son.

James Buckley – Jay Cartwright

James hails from Croydon, born in August 1987. At that time, his dad, Kevin, was delivering mail, and his mom, Sharon, was working for the Home Office.

What’s more, he is another Inbetweeners star who discovered his love of acting early.

When he was fourteen years old, he landed his initial acting gig as Johnny Vaughan’s godson in the BBC comedy series titled ‘Orrible.

In the year 2008, he landed the role of Jay Cartwright in The Inbetweeners and continued to appear in every season that followed, as well as both subsequent films.

2022 saw an actor expressing that the role he had was the “top job” imaginable; however, he confessed that no amount of money could convince him to repeat that role again.

In a chat on The Chris Moyles Show at Radio X, Chris inquired about James’ response if the writers of The Inbetweeners approached him with a fresh script for the series. James expressed his feelings by saying, “I wouldn’t be interested in getting involved again.”

After the show’s victory, James continued his acting career by featuring in the series White Gold together with his fellow actor Joe Thomas, as well as making a brief appearance in an episode of Doctor Who that was released in 2020.

By September 2022, it had been made public that James reached the milestone of being the United Kingdom’s first celebrity to earn $1 million (approximately £930,000) on the Cameo platform.

Since signing up for the app back in March 2020, he’s attained ‘financial independence’ by offering customized video messages to his followers, at a cost.

Based on statements made by the platform’s founder, Martin Blencowe, it appears that James is highly committed and prepared to put in the effort, as he responded to an average of 37 video requests every day in the year 2021.

He said: ‘James was incredibly popular from the start, but he’s stayed committed to his fans, always keeping an accessible price (even during his busiest periods) and giving his all to make each Cameo special.

Primarily, he devotes the majority of his time to managing his flourishing YouTube platforms, which include a gaming vlog titled “Completed It Mate” and another channel named “At Home With The Buckleys.”

Additionally, James records his personal life with his spouse, actress Clair Meek, aged 36, whom he has two sons with – Harrison, age 12, and 11-year-old Jude.

In the year 2022, the married pair published their book titled “At Home With The Buckleys: Sordid Tales and Mishaps from Contemporary Family Living.”

Emily Atack portrayed the beloved character Charlotte Hinchcliffe in the series, where her character and Will’s shared a playful romantic connection. Across numerous episodes from 2008 to 2010, she was a regular cast member.

In an episode of Rob Brydon’s podcast that aired in April 2022, Emily shared details about her initial encounter with Simon Bird (who was 23 years old) on set.

She explained: ‘The first scene we did together, was the scene where he was pogoing on top of me.

In another phrasing, the situation was that he needed to be above me, and in my recollection, I thought I might need to speak up to ease the tension, so I did, saying, “What’s it like being on top of a seventeen-year-old?”

‘He was like, ‘You’re 17! Oh my God.’ He was mortified.’

Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback

In the year 2018, Atack participated in the popular ITV show “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here” and finished as a runner-up.

After that, she started appearing as a panelist on Celebrity Juice and launched her own sketch show titled The Emily Atack Show.

In Emily Atack’s latest documentary titled “Emily Atack: Asking For It?”, the celebrity disclosed that she encountered online harassment for the very first time once she was chosen to be part of the show.

As a fervent admirer, I can’t help but echo Emily’s assertion that she is repeatedly accused of being responsible for the harassment she endures, simply due to my own openness about sexuality. In her upcoming documentary, Emily aims to challenge and dismantle this harmful mindset.

Regarding the provocative photo shoots she did during her peak popularity with The Inbetweeners, Emily expressed a sense of pride about them and mentioned that others tended to strip away the fun and joy associated with those experiences for her.

Emily frequently speaks candidly about her encounters with sexual harassment, including interacting with Members of Parliament during the discussion for a bill that aims to criminalize cyberflashing.

She recently welcomed her first child – a son Barney with boyfriend Alistair Garner.

Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback

The actress has been acquainted with her boyfriend, Alistair, for nearly three decades because her mother shares a sibling relationship with Alistair’s stepmother, Jane Garner.

Emily’s aunt began dating Stephen Garner, who later became Alistair’s father, in the early nineties. This is when the two were introduced to each other. They eventually got married in 1994.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d like to share an exciting update from one of our beloved stars. Back in March, she gracefully confirmed that she was six months into her beautiful pregnancy journey. She gently hinted at her estimated due date to her cherished fans, adding a touch of anticipation to the vibrant tapestry of her life.

Emily Head – Carli D’Amato

She was known as the hottest girl in school when she starred in The Inbetweeners as Carli D’Amato.

Since the show ended, Emily Head has landed a leading part in Emmerdale and has also made a strong impression in the London theatre world.

Emily was born on December 1998, in Fulham, making her the oldest child. She’s the daughter of acclaimed actor Anthony Head, known for his performances in shows like Ted Lasso, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Little Britain, and his wife Sarah Fisher.

In a 2011 interview with Speaking to You, Emily shared that since she was just five years old, she had been putting together plays for her loved ones to enjoy.

She said: ‘I found one of those old programmes a while ago, and I was the usher, props person, director, writer, lead role, lead role’s mother, all the parts virtually, except the dog, which was played by Daisy, my sister – who’s also an actress now.’

Additionally, the actress attributes the show’s success to it being a contrast to “The Skins,” which she refers to as the ‘anti-Skins’.

She stated: “This portrays the genuine, disorganized, confusing nature of adolescence – filled with bungling, uncertainty, and chaos. However, a shocking aspect is that parents find it just as enjoyable as their teenagers, and they often watch it side by side. I suppose everyone can recall their school days, and they can relate to one or more characters and their issues, dreams, ups, and downs.”

In her own words, Emily expressed the insight she gained from the show: ‘The lesson here is that girls tend to grow up faster than boys. This can create an imbalance, as girls become more aware of their influence on boys, and it’s crucial to understand how they handle this power.’

After the show achieved great popularity, Emily played the character Rebecca White in Emmerdale from 2016 up to 2018.

After that point, she shifted her focus towards writing and most recently took on the lead role in her self-penned play titled “The System,” which revolves around a chilling psychological thriller about an individual who was fatally celebrating his birthday.

Greg Davies – Mr Gilbert

Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback
Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback

British comic actor Greg Davies, aged 56, portrays the stern and straightforward principal, Mr. Gilbert, in the series “The Inbetweeners,” which takes place at Rudge Park Comprehensive School.

For 13 years, he was a high school drama and English instructor in his professional life. Later, he decided to leave teaching behind to concentrate fully on his comedy career.

Considering his role in the Fwends Reunited show from 2019, he expressed, with a hint of irony, that working as a teacher was more like living through “an eternal torment.”

On the program, Davies playfully commented that The Inbetweeners served as the “push” he needed to move on from his former class, leaving them all behind.

When queried about if his teaching approach mirrored his character, he replied: “Gilbert exhibits psychopathic traits. I possess those same instincts that Gilbert does, but acting upon them like he did is against the law.”

He has since seemingly taken elements of the stern and harsh character forward in his comedy.

Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback

Currently, he’s widely recognized as the presenter of the BBC show, Taskmaster. In this program, he plays the part of a stern authority figure, tasking celebrities with completing bizarre tasks.

Apart from that, he was a key cast member in the shows Man Down and Cuckoo, acting alongside popular Hollywood actor Taylor Lautner.

His stand-up comedy series You Magnificent Beast has been on Netflix since 2018 and another recent set, The Back Of My Mum’s Head, was broadcast on Channel 4 in late 2022.

In 2018, he teased that the cast would ‘jump’ at the chance to do a third Inbetweeners film.

The actor from Mr Gilbert mentioned to The Sun during the BAFTA TV Awards that everyone would be excited for another film, but he currently has no knowledge of any plans being made. Previously, they gave it their all.

Davies humorously remarked: “Now those four men are close to turning 50. We’re at the same stage in life; they’ve matched my age. If they choose to utilize what they have, it will likely take a new shape, I imagine.”

‘But seriously, the affection that people I meet still have for that show is incredible. The enduring love for it is really exciting.’

In his latest role, starting from 2021, he appears in the series The Cleaner, portraying Paul ‘Wicky’ Wickstead, a professional cleaner certified by the state, whose job involves erasing all traces of fatal incidents at crime scenes.

Robin Weaver – Pamela Cooper

Robin, aged 54, is wedded to the actor Sean Gilder who stars in Shameless, and she portrayed the character of Pamela Cooper, a mother often overlooked by her son, within the series. (Informal: Robin, 54, is married to Sean Gilder from Shameless and played the part of Simon’s underappreciated mom, Pamela Cooper, in the show.)

Besides being known for her part in The Inbetweeners, she’s also widely recognized for portraying Clara in The Muppet Christmas Carol, a film that hit the screens in 1992.

Throughout her professional journey, she’s showcased her comedic talent in various roles, including an appearance on the BBC’s sitcom “My Family” and an episode of the Sky Atlantic series “The Baby,” which blends comedy with horror.

The range of comedic characters she portrays is about to grow, as she’s been selected for a new comedy show airing on Disney+.

Her most recent comedic appearance was in new Disney+ series Extraordinary.

In the initial installment of the comedy-drama penned by Emma Moran, she portrays the character of Colette, where all individuals aged eighteen and above acquire a superpower.

Martin Trenaman – Alan Cooper

In the series, Simon’s dad, Alan, wasn’t a frequent character, yet he left an indelible impression on viewers due to his habit of awkwardly discussing intimate details from his personal life that often left Simon red-faced.

Martin Trenaman, a skilled comedy writer known for collaborating with Lenny Henry and contributing scripts to Never Mind the Buzzcocks, portrayed Alan Cooper.

4 years prior to his role in The Inbetweeners, Martin briefly appeared as a locksmith in Noel Fielding’s popular series The Mighty Boosh.

He also went on to appear in E4’s PhoneShop, where he played the manager Lance.

2011 saw Martin expressing his surprise when interacting with fans of The Inbetweeners, as he found such encounters unusual.

He explained: ‘I do get recognised quite a lot by fans and they are mainly delightful .

There was a woman who saw me engaged in a lengthy phone call on my mobile device, yet she approached me anyway, gave me a nod, wrapped an arm around me, and snapped a picture with her phone while I was still talking – quite unexpected of her.

More recently, he featured in the ITV series “Quiz,” which dramatized the contentious Major Charles Ingram case surrounding his win on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”

David Schaal – Terry Cartwright

Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback
Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback

As a devoted fan, I find that Terry Cartwright, much like Simon’s father, graced our screens infrequently, yet he was the one and only character capable of reining in Jay when needed.

David, who hails from New Mexico and was born in May 1968, might surprise viewers with his impeccable British accent, given that it doesn’t immediately suggest he’s an American.

Prior to landing the part of Jay’s father, David had previously acted in various roles. He was seen as Taffy in the initial run of “The Office”, made appearances on “Casualty” and “Silent Witness”, and also featured in episodes of “The Basil Brush Show”.

2018 saw the actor reveal that one of his scenes during The Inbetweeners: Fwends Reunited’s first season, specifically in the Caravan Club episode, nearly took a grim twist while filming.

Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback

Pondering over the chilly bathroom at the campsite, where he shot the footage, David shared that he had been in a car accident on his journey back home after wrapping up the filming.

He shared: ‘I had to get half-naked, it was freezing cold and I had to p*** and fart though the whole scene while my c**k was shrivelled to the size of an acorn.

Due to the extreme cold, I ended up having an accident on my drive home as I kept feeling hot then cold and dozed off behind the wheel.

Last year, I had the privilege of starring in three episodes of EastEnders, taking on the role of DS Foden. More recently, I’ve been thrilled to collaborate on a feature film titled Back to Archway, which we’ve just completed.

Alex MacQueen – Kevin Sutherland

In a more polite phrasing, the role of Neil’s frequent target of humor among the boys was portrayed by Alex Macqueen.

Alex, who has both legal training as a barrister and experience as an actor, is famously recognized for portraying the character Julian Nicholson within the political satire series The Thick of It.

At approximately the same period as his performance in The Inbetweeners, he took on a character of a sarcastic consultant in Holby City, appearing in a total of 75 episodes that were broadcasted between 2005 and 2010.

In 2015, he made appearances in the movie “Cinderella” as the king’s herald and in the series “Peaky Blinders”, where he played a Member of Parliament.

Like Jay, Alex has set up a Cameo account to make money in and out of character as Neil’s dad.

On his account he charges £40 for a personal message and £1,230 for business videos.

Belinda Stewart-Wilson – Polly McKenzie

Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback

Despite the fact that Belinda, aged 53, was only thirteen years senior to the actor portraying Will, Simon Bird, she effectively played Will’s mother, Polly McKenzie.

In the past, Belinda was wedded to a well-known comedian named Ben Miller. Her dad, initially serving in the British Army, subsequently attained the position of Equerry to the Queen.

Growing up, she accompanied her father on various military assignments, living in Germany, Austria, and the United Kingdom. Subsequently, she pursued her acting education at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.

In the series “The Inbetweeners”, Polly, played by Belinda, was often the object of admiration or crush among the teenagers that Will and his friends associated with.

However, it was disclosed that Belinda continues to get explicit messages from admirers of her character and has also experienced verbal abuse on the street.

Where are the cast of The Inbetweeners now as iconic sitcom is set for SHOCK comeback

She told the Daily Star: ‘I’ve had some odd messages and suggestions over the years some of which are so graphic I can’t repeat them.

‘But you have to take it with a pinch of salt – it’s still nice to be loved.

1. “I’m still occasionally yelled at on the streets, but I’m truly content being Will’s mother, and it feels wonderful to be cherished by so many across the country.”

Prior to her role on The Inbetweeners, Belinda had already graced several television screens with her presence. She was seen in shows like The IT Crowd, Primeval, and even made a special appearance in an episode of Poirot.

Ever since the unforgettable The Inbetweeners movies, I’ve been hooked! And guess what? The same amazing actress who played in those films has popped up on my favorite show, Casualty, as Ciara Cass! Can’t wait to see more of her!
