Featuring a star-studded lineup with Emma Stone, Willem Dafoe, and Jesse Plemons, the movie “Kinds of Kindness” is an anthology film that unfolds three narratives over its 165-minute runtime.

These stories include “a man without choice” trying to take control of his life, a policeman whose missing wife returns a different person, and a woman attempting to track down someone who is “destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader”.

Margaret Qualley, Joe Alwyn, Hong Chau and Mamoudou Athie also star.

The special show titled “Kinds of Kindness” is set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ in the United Kingdom starting August 30. Simultaneously, in the U.S., it can be found on Hulu from the same day.

In their third collaboration, the duo, Stone and Lanthimos, reunite, having earlier teamed up for The Favourite and Poor Things under their belts.

Later, it was disclosed that the work titled “Kinds of Kindness” shares a connection with “Poor Things“, as her peculiar dance sequence in the movie was motivated by a dance she performed during the filming of “Poor Things“.

One time, I was dancing on set and my friend Laura captured it on video. I shared it with Yorgos, saying something like, “This is how we spend our time upstairs while we’re waiting for the setup or whatever.”

Then, upon observing the situation, he thought, “This would be perfect for a dance routine titled ‘Kinds of Kindness.’ It’s an idea sparked by this moment.” So, I got to create my own choreography for it.
